Marcy and her team are amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. We've worked with Marcy on two events where we needed over 100+ sandwiches. They provided the sandwiches on time, the food was great, the variety of sandwiches was wonderful, and everything was packaged and labeled so well. We were also able to accommodate different dietary needs like gluten free and vegan (including cookies!). Our event participants loved the food and we strongly recommend working with Marcy or grabbing a sandwich from her shop. You won't regret it!

I love the Organic Sandwich Company. They locally source their organic food and you can order tasty sandwiches with great ingredients right on the Pearl Street Mall. I ordered a veggie sandwich but I could have ordered a vegan or carnivore sandwich. They have great drinks and tea as well. The price is great for this quality of sandwiches.

I got the spicy veggie and it was incredible. it was $11 after tax. there were so many great vegetarian choices and everyone was super happy with their sandwiches. grilled and cold! also, it was mostly all local! also also, the caramelized onions were so good and jammy! 10/10

Tasty sandwiches. Pretzel bun is the best. I always get the Turkey and Bacon Jam. Friendly staff. Great location on Pearl Street. Soup is good too! Offering local products. Very eco-friendly. They have grilled sandwiches as well as other cold options. Slightly expensive but worth it. They have specials as well as the classic menu.

I've used them for Boxed lunch catering for a few events now. We use them when we need a higher profile but still transportable and contained lunch for visitors, and they have been incredibly consistent with the food and the delivery aspects. Delivery can be pretty challenging at times on a university campus, but they always work with me to meet and ensure the items are delivered on time and in good order!

Love this shop so much! I am vegetarian and gluten sensitive, this shop not only is am to accommodate me but is more than happy to do so! Every time I visit this place when coming up to Boulder, the taste is consistent, if not better. Beetnik sandwich is scrumptious! My husband as well, loves their pesto! Only down side is not a crazy amount of space inside the shop, so you’ll sometimes have to wait for a table/space to open up, BUT it’s definitely worth it!

The shop is in a great area of Boulder on Pearl street right downtown. Also, the help was friendly and knowledgable~ and quick service!

The sandwiches and soups at this lovely corner restaurant are super fresh. The owner clearly sources the cleanest local ingredients. My daughter and her friends frequent this restaurants for lunch during high school. They absolutely love it for a quick and healthy lunch. Every sandwich has a wonderful combination of ingredients- they are all delicious!

Very cute place and the atmosphere was great! Great food! Very tasty! The sweet and spicy homemade potato chips are something you shouldn't miss out on!

Wow. This place is amazing. I was so impressed with the service - staff is super friendly and attentive. Their Thai lentil soup is unbelievably good! If you are looking for a bite to eat downtown- look no further. Great food, great location, great people.

I love this place. Always fresh and delicious. My favorites are the spicy veggie (that pretzel loaf--YUM) and the turkey reuben. Friendly service, too!

My daughter and I went here for lunch today. I got the Turkey Rueben and she ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. I can see why this place is recommended by my friends! The staff was so friendly and their sandwiches… just delicious. Next visit, I am going to try the soups. Homemade everything.. and organic.. what’s not to love?

Organic sandwich company has some of the best sandwiches in town. I love their creative and delicious house made aiolis and jams that they use, and their bread is amazing. I highly recommend!!

This is my go-to lunch or dinner place in Boulder, and leaves me happy every single time! Gluten-free options, so much variety (although it’s always hard to order anything but the turkey Reuben:)), and super fresh ingredients, has this placed top of my list. Unfortunately I couldn't get a full pic of the beetnik before my boyfriend and I INHALED it, but it was fantastic. There are two eye-catching vegan sandwich options: the beetnik, and the chickpea and avocado. The chickpea and avocado sandwich was pretty good, but the beetnik was fantastic. Such great flavors all on a pretzel bun, this is a treat yo'self kind of sandwich.

We got a nice cream sandwich afterwards which even though it was a little expensive for the size you get, they did a fantastic job on making the nice cream actually taste like ice cream. Oh and the cookie dough is delicious.

Highly Recommend!! The Organic Sandwich Company (Julie and Marcy) was an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided our 80+ guests with a spectacular array of 9 delicious vegetarian sandwiches full of fresh ingredients. Our guests loved every single sandwich choice! The OSC even created a custom sandwich, of goat cheese, honey, green apple, and balsamic - to honor our dear Jo who had been a goat cheese maker and
beekeeper. Thank you so very much!!

I’ve been coming here since the year they opened. I go every time I visit Boulder from Denver! ALWAYS amazing food, friendly service, and always fast. The spicy vegan has me wrapped around its finger, and cannot leave town without getting one. Veg Reuben is a close second, and the almond feta on any sandwich is out of this world. Cannot recommend this place enough, my absolute favorite gem in Boulder.
