Caroline and Will were so helpful. Caroline waited on us and she was a pleasure. I got signed up for internet free of charge with no credit charge. I literally walked in and walked out with internet and didn’t pay a dime. They were very attentive and they worked as a team. They were very informative and we will be back to add lines and a tablet. All in all it was a great experience.

I got 2 internet boxes to try out. They worked great in both our homes. Service was great!

Chris Swiat, by the grace of everything that is awesome, THANK YOU! Chris was supposed to get off work @ 4pm that day, and I showed up @ 3:30pm. Oops. He stayed after his shift was supposed to end to get me on a plan. (He even greeted me outside, and called me by name.) This man hooked me up with a brand new phone and also bundled internet. (I only went in for a phone, I had zero intention of bundling anything.) However, he didn't try to push ANYTHING on me. We figured out together what works best for me. We discussed what I was paying versus what I would be paying for the T-Mobile bundle. All in all, I am saving $30 a month for a smooth as silk phone and, so far the internet streams as good, if not better than Comcast/Xfinity ever did. (I got lucky where I live.) I have been PRE PAID since 2008, and it feels great to finally be on a solid plan with a company that I can trust. This is by far the best decision I've made in a long long time. The stars aligned that day. THANK YOU CHRIS SWIAT!!! and, THANK YOU T-MOBILE!!! Proud to be a customer.

I recently entered this t-mobile and had the best experience. Chris was extremely attentive to my needs and thoroughly answered all of my questions about switching services. I have rarely encountered this level of customer service before. it was top notch and I would recommend going to this location and working with Chris S!

Chris Swiat set me and my mom up with a very reasonable phone plan. He laid out and explained everything really well, made setup very easy. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone I know to go see Chris at this location.

Tesla is the most knowledgeable Sales Expert I’ve ever worked with. She was patient and answered all of the questions I had. She even played around with a couple different scenarios, to ensure I walked out of there happy. She also was more than willing to help keep my one year old entertained during the process by playing with her. Super happy with my iPhone 14 Pro and my new T-mobile service!

This has been the absolute best experience.. EVEN WITH A UNFORTUNATE EVENT. Tim was incredible. He stood out because he was clearly the one with the most knowledge as to how to handle situations. While he was helping us, other employees would come to him with questions and never, not once, did he get upset or frustrated; he responded very promptly and precisely and then quickly returned to our order. He was so professional and nice. One of our phones charging ports stopped working after not even 24 hours. We were told we needed to go to LANCASTER! But this TEAM worked together and accommodated us to be able to fix our problem. I missed the managers name but he was amazing and Tim was amazing. I would recommend this company!

We thought that we couldn't get internet service where we live but I decided to drop by the store just to make sure. Chris hooked us up! He was knowledgeable and so very helpful! He said it could be done and he was right! Thank you, Chris!

Claudio was very nice and helpful and Chris and another young gentleman were great. Helped me with my trade-in/upgrade from my iPhone 13 Pro to my new iPhone 14 Pro in the color I wanted. I was in luck because there were only 2 left at the time of the trade.

I must say...Chris went above n beyond in helping me get into a T mobile plan. A few years ago i had the 3 major credit checkers put a freeze on. Since T mobile does a soft credit check...Chris went above n beyond in helping me unfreeze my accounts while i was there...HATS OFF N 2 thumbs up....

Chris was a really insightful and helpful person with my phone problems and tries to help save money on plans he's good at his job attentive and respectful and is ready and willing to help you with any of your t mobile needs the guy is good at technology

My girlfriend and I walked into the store looking for two new phones and a new plan. Right away, Tim noticed us and asked if/how he could help. Throughout our visit Tim was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products and services the store offers. Additionally, while tending to us, He was able to diffuse and solve a situation that was breaking out with a “difficult customer”. Tim handled it very professionally in my opinion, and with a level of patience I wish to have some day. I highly recommend this store. 🙂

Amanda is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly employees I’ve worked with at numerous different stores. She always has the customers best interest at heart and never makes me feel like she’s only concerned with getting a sale. I can ask her any question and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find the answer. As a former manager with this company, I’ve worked with many different reps/managers, and Amanda is truly an asset! Thank you, Amanda, for always working for the customer and making us feel like you genuinely care!!! Your customer service is top notch and the retail world needs more people like you!!!

Fantastic service. Chris was amazing and very helpful and knowlegable. We live in the boonies and had no internet. We heard about T Mobile possibly being an option and Chris made it happen. Highly recommend T Mobile internet.

People need to be nicer to these employees. They are very polite, they try to be as accommodating as possible, but every time I go in there, the employees are getting yelled at. They are doing their best!

Fantastic experience switch to t-mobile from boost today! Was helped by Chris, who got us the best deal phone wise (upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro) and even gave us options to upgrade our home internet! Goodbye Century Link!!!
