I’ve always been skeptical of the dealership. Only going there once to buy a car. I would never in a million years think about getting my vehicle serviced by one. Well this place changed my thoughts. Their service department is amazing. Fair and honest staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly too! Prices may be a bit higher then an independent shop but for once I feel comfortable letting them work on my car! For as long as I own my Volkswagen I will continue to get it serviced here at VW Moon!

Everyone at that dealership was friendly and personable. Jonah my salesman was nice and he worked with me on the price and trade in I had...worked numbers a few different ways. Misty the finance woman...was great as well. She got me even a lower rate than what I came in with and gave me a great deal on a 7yr warranty bumper to bumper. My entire experience there was great...wasn't much haggle on price and negation and I got the SUV I wanted within my budget.

James and Chris were super helpful and very patient with me as I tried to sort things out for my car. Service was really great, definitely noticed an improvement in performance as soon as I left. Really great across the board, everything was explained and done well and timely.

Always a friendly place for some parts mostly these days. Bought my GTI here and loved it ever since. Brett has always taken care of me. Service team seems to always take care of my vehicle every year for inspection and when I just can't get to what I need. Thanks guys.

I have always experienced a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The quality of the maintenance work has always been excellent. The renovation of the building has provided a wonderful open, airy, and clean space.

The REPAIR services are completed with the knowledge and fairness of Francis, the Service Executive Director, and it is comforting to know that my car is in good hands.

No idea what the single star silent reviews are about, but I can say that this is the only VW service department in the area that I trust with my cars. I routinely work on own cars and mod them, and have had to service VWs there usually for warranty issues, or for accessory installation while under warranty, and even routine oil changes when I'm feeling lazy. I have yet, in my more than 6 years of dealing with them, to have any issues with their service. They're all good folks there, and will do what they can, and then some, to make sure that whatever issues you're having with your vehicle are resolved. I also feel that, for a dealer service center, their labor rates and the amount of labor that they invoice for a job is fair, and they usually abide very closely with the VW labor time estimates for different repairs and installations.

Very low pressure. Great experience great car. This is our second VW from Moon and Our Third overall. I will only ever by VW from this dealership.
