Cranberry Township VA Clinic

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

So far the best care I have seen from the VA

I was very pleased with the service I received at the cranberry VA. I think the doctors are outstanding and they accommodate you the best that they can. As far as the ladies at the front desk, I thought they were very pleasant and easy to deal with in person and also on the phone.

Always received great care at this location. Everyone's very friendly, and I am usually in and out in record time.

I’m sorry also but honestly have to say the truth as it is from my visits etc.
They don’t answer the phone nor call you back if you leave a message. I do love the Doctor and the Nurse. I think they just need help in the office.
The VA overall is terrible.

Sorry but this VA clinic is terrible for veterans. They are famous for not answering the phone, God fobid if you have an emergency and need to get ahold of them there.,....forget it. All veterans should do themselves s favor transfer to Butler or Pitt VA. Shut this place down. Those women in the office should be ashamed.
