McDonald's

Went through the drive-thru with my stepdaughter and wife. Food was good and hot. It's fast food, not a gourmet restaurant.
No obstructions in the parking lot or drive-thru lane. It was a bit busy however the wait was expected.
The employees were polite and professional for the industry.

I stopped at the first speaker post widow down waited maybe a minute asked if anyone was there no answer pulled up to the next finely got a human voice my order was taken then pulled to the next window no problems just a minor inconvenience.

Probably the best McDonald's I've been to, and that's something special considering the number of places we've been. Food was fresh and hot, specialized order was right, and the cherry on top was Sherry the employee who was kind, patient, and very helpful

Hot fries, fast service and coke was perfectly cold. Servers were super friendly.

This McDonald's is seriously a model location. I eat here at least once a week. The first time I ate at this particular store, I was sincerely shocked at how good it tasted. As a returning customer, I've never had my order incorrect. Compared to some other area stores this one is on another level. I just wish they were open later!

This is the way all McDonald's need to do there carmel Fraps this was so nice looking well done and it was awesome tasting. Better than star bucks

Quite possibly the freshest, tastiest Big Mac I've ever had.
I've gone there since the opened. The old catch phrase I still remember: "Feed a family of four and get change back from a 5.00 bill." I say that because that helps speak to just how delicious it truly was!

Every day I go get breakfast and it's always hot and fresh. I they missed something they will do whatever they can to make it better. Good is always served with a smile and the managers are so kind.

Stopped in and had lunch at the McDonald's at 1090 York Rd in Gettysburg, PA. We were greeted by a young gentleman named Patrick. He was friendly and professional, a rarity in this day and age in many retail establishments. He took our order quickly without a flaw, gave us a number and we went and sat at a table. Our food was brought over within a few minutes by him PERSONALLY. He asked us if we were ok and if we needed anything else. Wow, never have had that like kind of good service at any fast food place. While we ate lunch I just watched Patrick while he did his jobs. I say JOBS because he was doing many different ones. He was working the register, taking food orders out to waiting cars, bringing food orders over to eating-in customer tables and always asking if there was anything else they wanted and needed. It was amazing to watch! Such professionalism, and at a McDonalds!! We haven't seen that kind of customer service at some 4 and 5 star restaurants! Patrick is first rate employee and asset to this McDonalds location. I feel he has a great future.

All I can say is THANK GOD FOR THIS MCDONALD'S!! I just finished a 17 hour worksheet without a break and I was starving! Worried I had nowhere to go to, I was super surprised to see them open at 1 am! As you know, when covid hit, most places are no longer open all night even still. Thank you to the gettysburg MCDONALD'S for saving me with something to eat!!

Clean location with friendly and fast service. From order placement to picking up my food through the drive through was maybe 5 mins tops.

My cashier today was Susan and the woman who brought my food out to the car was Joan. I felt compelled to write a review because both of these women were extremely pleasant and efficient. I use this McDonald's all the time and I've never had any issues here, including today, but these two women struck me as being very concerned about my satisfaction and just extremely cheerful so I had to give them an acknowledgement as well.

I wouldn't normally give a McDonald's five Stars, but this particular location goes above and beyond do give you fresh food and the employees are always friendly

Always good, clean, fast congenial service. Even if the line is long like it was today it moved rather quickly. Good prices, good eye appeal, good flavor and good tasting! Friendly staff too!

Went through the drive thru. Poor lady taking the money could not hear very well.
