Dunkin'

Ordered 3 dozen doughnuts to be picked up at 9:30am. I was early, but the order was waiting on me. I was in line (drive thru) for less than 5 mins. Got the doughnuts, headed out of the parking area. When I realized I would need napkins, I called them and asked if they had any. They were more than happy to tell me to return to the store for a large stack of napkins. The doughnuts themselves were delicious, and fresh. I'll be back!

I used to work here when they first opened. KP is an absolutely wonderful boss to have. The best that I have ever had in any of my careers (I am currently a hospital worker). If you have any problems reach out to him and he will get it fixed immediately. This store is clean and ran well.

Always a good experience here. Sometimes the line is really long so that has to tell you that it must be pretty good all those people wouldn't keep going there. The people have been knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and congenial. The prices are average the food is delicious and always fresh. Parking is closed and it's handicap accessible.

The coffee was great, and the workers were some of the nicest people I've met. They were working really hard and hope they are proud of themselves. I think they may just need more workers because it is a hard job when there are not enough people their to do all the orders. :^)))

Everyone is so kind, and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had, Some of the customers seemed upset but in my opinion the workers were doing a great job, it's just hard I'm assuming because it's the first day and many people are coming in and everyone's not used to everything yet. So like good job guys :)))

Best vanilla ice coffee I have ever had! We have been in many times since it opened. Employees are all very nice and helpful. The first time I have never had dunkin before this. The young man asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I never knew I had to ask for that. Very helpful young man and made my day! So happy to have a dunkin in our town. This is my go to coffee place for sure! Keep up the good work

This place is almost always a quick pit stop, and they are almost always super friendly. it is only a rare occasion that they get my order wrong. It is easily the best run Dunkin over the two in Carlisle, and the one in Camp Hill by the hospital.

I went very early today, around 545am. They were open. I had just cleaned my car, so I was wiping the dew off with a absorbent towel. I pulled in and there was no line. They keep it moving! Very smart investment to put a Dunkin in Gettysburg!

Best Dunkin I have been too. They are kind and have food ready almost instantly. Always busy.

Update 1/17/2020: I have been enamored with the level of customer service and quick reactions at this Dunkin. Busy or slow, they are quick to get your order out and always seem happy to do so. I typically only order simple items, so I am sure this has a part to do with it. Nonetheless, having a smile on an employees face no matter the crowd is outstanding. Thank you for all your hard work!

They had a pumpkin latte 😋 lots of parking. Wasn't busy. Plenty of tables to sit at.

I had never seen this Dunkin so busy, but staff kept the line moving and still provided quality, friendly service. The staff are always delightful.

The clerks were very nice and helpful. The coffee was hot and delicious.

Love that hot coffee! They charge for a cup of ice water for my dog tho!! Starbucks will give it to her in a large (vinti) cup for free and it's triple filtered!

Happy now lobby is open!! They are always on point with my complicated orders, and 2 employees have remembered my order from going in the lobby!! They are great!

Drive thru line was long but it moved quickly. Coffee was hot, donut was fresh and the breakfast sandwich hit the spot.

Gettysburg runs on Dunkin! So glad to welcome the business here. Employees are awesome! Courteous and efficient! A pleasant stop!
