Staff are always so nice and helpful. My online order needed a substitution, and they pulled it up on the computer, found it and I was on my way super fast. This store is a little ways from my house, but it is my favorite 💙

This is my neighborhood auto parts store. I love the location and the availability of parts etc.

Arrived at the location on Jennings Sta. Rd. /Hwy. 367 at about 3 minutes before opening, on the morning of 12/17/22. The door was locked, but the young lady working immediately unlocked the door instead of making me wait out in the cold. She was a dark complexion young lady in her 20’s with braids. I only mention description because I forgot her name, and hope she gets her recognition….She was very personable, and didn’t hesitate to go and check my diagnosis for a check engine light that was on. We both smiled that the diagnosis wasn’t anything serious, and both went on about our day…It’s getting rarer and rarer to find good, personable customer service these days (especially from younger people), so she was a breath of fresh air……We often write reviews for companies and their bad press….We should also write reviews for the good workers as well. Good job, young lady.

Your competitor up the street couldn't help me because they lacked the knowledge and equipment, and was therefore not able to resolve the problem with my car battery. I should have come to Advance Auto Parts in the first place. I will from now on.

Employee showed concern for my problem and went out of his way to be sure that I was doing the right thing by doing a diagnostic test on my car. I appreciated that, most employees won't offer and are hesitant if asked. He deserves a raise for going above and beyond the customers expectation buy not just trying to sell a product.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Tony helped solve an issue and get me the correct parts. No long lines to get waited on. Great service.

I was helped right away. Thee employees are very nice. I really like going to this particular Advance Auto store. They are very helpful and polite it's always a delight going in the store most of them know me by name. They make it fun buying parts.

Quickly directed me to what I needed. If you need what they have, I would go here over O'Reilly.

They had the gass additive & windsheild wipers ON SALE...Whoo hooo! And they were slow because of rain...so salesman installed the wipers as well...BONUS!

Jill is the best!! Always courteous, friendly, warm and makes me feel welcome each time I come.

Went there a friend of mine needed a light bulb for his headlights for his car the sales lady came out and absolutely fix it and it's a lie for him excellent place
