I had such a wonderful experience with Markus! He is so personable and took the time to understand what I wanted and explained what he thought would get us to the closest result. He took his time to touch up my roots, added a beautiful balayage, toner, haircut, and blow dry. He even took the time to touch up the cut after seeing it dry. The finished product makes me look years younger! I would absolutely recommend him.

I was here just today and had a wonderful experience. I was attended by Connor. He was super sweet from the word go. He understood what I wanted for my hair and catered accordingly. I got my hair shampooed, conditioned, cut, blow dried and set. He was skilled and meticulous in his craft. The place is full of warm, friendly people, unlike many places Iv been in the past.

The entrance to the salon could be a little confusing. Enter from the door that says shoppes at Fairmount square and off to the second floor. It’s a neat, well kept salon - has an in-house coffee bar for those who care.

They do accept Groupon so one can cash on amazing deals. I would suggest calling in before you buy a coupon to check availability.

This place was wonderful! The entire salon was very clean and a great atmosphere. I used a Groupon here and was able to get all over highlights, shampoo & condition, haircut, and style. It was an amazing value for everything I got done. RJ was my stylist and she was beyond wonderful! She did the most beautiful job and she was so sweet and visited with me the whole time. I will definitely be back! Extremely satisfied with everything!

I scheduled my appointment online with Amanda for my first time at this salon. She was beyond professional and so sweet, I gave her a hard task of getting my multi color hair (it was a mess) to blonde. Not only did she do an outstanding job but I finally found a hair stylist that I will continue to go to. I am so thank for how great my hair turned out!!

Last Saturday I brought my daughter (age 14) here to have highlights, a deep conditioning treatment, cut & style done. She had highlights done several months prior elsewhere, that i was not really ever happy with. Alyssa was her stylist at Izzazu & did a beautiful job! My daughter loved the way her hair turned out & absolutely loved Alyssa. We will be back!

Claire did an amazing job on my diy nightmare hair. She took her time and I love my new color, it is perfect! I wanted it much much lighter, so it was tricky, but a huge improvement. She also corrected my haircut that was professionally done at a salon at the mall. I can see and feel a difference compared to other Pittsburgh salons I've tried. It's so worth it to get a great cut and healthy hair. I highly recommend Izzazu.

I love this salon! Especially Rachel L. She’s so kind and patient. I watched her patiently and calmly handle a customer going before me who made a scene because she didn’t understand the process you have to go through to change hair color and thought her hair was ruined midway through. She then did my highlights as if nothing ever happened and i left feeling happy and ready for summer!

Gino and his staff are talented, current, professional, and friendly, but best of all - they listen! They offer their professional recommendation but don't push you into anything you don't want to do. I highly recommend them. I was surprised to see a few negative reviews. I'm sure the owners (actually ANY small business owner) would have really appreciated receiving your feedback directly. They are really good people that want you to be happy. I'm sure they would have made every effort to make it right!

Richard and Ro are AMAZING! They turned my brassy yellow blonde to a beautiful silver white. They were so considerate and honest with what needed done and didn’t do anything “extra” to make the bill higher. The salon is so clean and beautiful too. Really great place! My new “home” salon.

I went to this salon needing a color correction from the botched job I got at another salon. Richard and his assistant, Ro, were so nice and were able to fix my hair and make it look great. Ill be having Richard do my hair from now on!

Love this place! My team: Richard and Ro, are excellent! They listen carefully to my concerns and questions, and work with me to achieve the cut and color that I need. They take time to show me how to use different products and how to style my hair. Plus, they are fun!

Maci did a wonderful job on my hair. This was my first time at Izzazu and I will say it will not be my last. Friendly staff. I love my hair . Also a shoutout to Lauren for taking the time in the tight schedule to touch up my eye brows too. :) Just overall topnotch FRIENDLY service

Great place! Little bit hard to locate as it's on the second floor, but that's the only downside. Place is very well kept and seems well equipped. Rachel is also a very talented hair stylist. Would recommend.

Jenn is the blonde expert!!! She really took her time in perfecting my color!!! Feels very light and healthy, and I love the smell of their products. She did an amazing job will be back

Got an awesome new style from Richard! He really took the time to create a great new look! Ro gives the best shampoo/conditioner massages! I have received so many compliments on my new style!

I highly recommend seeing Markus! He gave me the colour I have been trying to achieve for years. On top of that, my haircut is fantastic! 😃

Christina gives the most fabulous facials. It’s so much more than just a facial, though. It’s a total pampered experience. I’ve had facials in many places including in Europe and this is among the best!

I went to Izzazu because I wanted a change. I keep going because this is a great salon. I have gotten a lot of positive comments on my hair and many from people I do not know. Highly recommend.

Lauren has color down to an artistic science. She is truly an artist adapting and accommodating my ever aging “canvas”. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
