Great experience. Marianne was great to work with, very personable. She even opened our eyes to other possibilities to make sure all of our options were explored. Made a purchase same day. Special financing was available. We always felt the customer experience in finding the best fit for us was first and foremost. We will always recommend, and we will always be back.

The Sleep Expert, Mark, greeted us cordially and listened to what we were looking for. He was very helpful in providing examples of the different models so that we could make an informed choice. Everything was transparent and easily accomplished.

Our bed hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t speak to the quality of that part of the service.

Had a great purchasing experience with Matt! He was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best price possible on what we were looking for. Very patient with us trying out different types of mattresses and the buying process took less than 5 minutes - super simple! Would recommend working with him any day!

Michael , in the cranberry store was excellent. He explained the differences in the type of the mattresses, and answered all our questions, but he was not pushy! He was so friendly and delightful to work with. I only wish all purchasing experiences were as good.

Matt was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient as my husband and I tried out almost every bed and pillow in the store, educating us as we went. You could tell Matt was very knowledgeable by his thorough explanations. He made the entire process flow smoothly. We would highly recommend working with Matt!

I was greeted by Marianne right at the door and she wasted no time in helping me find a pillow and get started with figuring out what mattress would work best for me. After a few questions we got right into trying out a few options and I ended up making a purchase. Marianne answered every question I had and was able to tell me so much about mattresses and sleep that I did not know before. The experience was great with a good balance between figuring out my mattress needs and conversation.

We have made several purchases here and an exchange! We had the please of dealing with Eric and another guy in the past and now recently Mary Ann. We purchased expensive adjustable beds here and decided on this store based on so many favorable reviews! We are happy to add additional favorable feedback! We will be back for a purchase for another bedroom!

Marianne, the store manager, is excellent! She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We loved checking out all of their mattresses and finding the right one for us.

My husband and I worked with the manager, Marianne. Marianne was very patient with us as we tried different mattresses which might suit our needs. After a couple visits, because I wanted to read mattress reviews we settled on Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Soft Pillow-top, supposedly good for arthritic side sleepers.

Jackie was the sales person. She was extremely helpful and did not try to oversell at all. Which that is a nice change. This is the second mattress that I got there. Very happy with the service. I am very anxious to pick up my mattress and box springs tomorrow, I was able to pay for it today with a pick up date of tomorrow. I recommend mattress firm to everyone. Thank you Jackie!

My husband and I face overwhelming health issues. We have never been able to share a mattress. I've had two back surgeries and 3 rotator cuffs. My husband's back is shot due to 35 years of teaching being on his feet. We were throwing around the idea of new mattresses due to my recent heart surgery. We popped into the Cranberry store before running another errand. Eric our salesman was great. He was not pushy but took the time to really educate us regarding mattresses. He knows his product was sympathetic to our situation. He helped us to make an educated and patient decision. He is a true asset to the company. Do not let him get away. We will be back.
