The girls that work here are so sweet & helpful. They made me feel comfortable during my laser treatments & were very knowledgeable in helping me select my next package and treatment options. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Ideal image. Jillian, my nurse, took the time to educate me about the procedure, explaining every step in detail, and, addressing any concerns I had. Her kindness and professionalism instantly put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process..Overall, I am thrilled with my procedure .. Such a great experience. The staff is so helpful and understanding. Was scared for my first laser treatment but they walked me through it like it was nothing. After 2 treatments i can say my hair is barely growing back and is super fine. Not to mention, the cost of my laser treatments is way less than continual waxing but its permanent. So satisfied and love the staff in this office!

First time here. And wanted my lips back. I can't begin to recommend Ideal Image enough. From my first contact with them, they were not sales focused. They were very patient with all my questions. The appointment was amazing. Jackie explained everything and answered all my crazy questions. She was absolutely amazing. She heard what I wanted and showed her a couple of pictures advising what I liked about them for me. AND SHE NAILED IT. I will be back for a few other things. Thank you so much Jackie!!!!

I’ve been going to the Wexford location for over 2 years and can truly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The front desk staff sets the tone upon arrival with a warm welcome and smile, and the nurses are so personable, make you feel comfortable the whole time, and are great at what they do! Will always continue referring all my friends and family here for laser hair removal!! Thank you all!

I had the best experience! Everyone there was wonderful. Especially my nurse, Jillian and the office Manager Jennifer. Both were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and made the experience very pleasant! This was the first time that I have had work done and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

The staff has been amazing. The thing I appreciate the most is knowledge, honesty and transparency. I originally purchased a package for CoolSculpting for my arms and thighs. Once I was in the office, the girls assessed my thighs and advised me not to do them. I appreciate their willingness to not just push a service for the money. To take it a step further, the manager Jen worked with me to see what other services they offer could be performed with the left over balance I had and now I will be wedding day ready with my arms CoolSculpted and BBL! Phenomenal service from everyone I've been in contact with!!!

All of the ladies were so kind and friendly. The office was really nice as well and I just loved my nurse who did my laser session. She was nice, funny, and put me at ease because I was a bit nervous as this was my first time ever doing laser. All in all it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next session and to eventually not have to shave my face anymore. I definitely recommend giving Ideal Image a try!

I have been thinking about getting laser hair removal for a loooong time. I finally bit the bullet and had a consultation with Jenn at Ideal Image. She made me feel very comfortable and answered a lot of questions for me since I was very nervous of 1)the commitment and 2) the pain.
When I went for my first appointment yesterday, Jillian, my nurse was amazing. We found that we had some things in common (hello, Swiftie!) and it made for an easy distraction to the not-as-painful-as-I-thought experience. She said that each session will get easier and that made me feel comforted, too. 1 down, 7 to go!

The Ideal Image team at the Wexford location is amazing. The workers all make you feel comfortable and are so helpful. Jackie normally treats me and she’s the best; so personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Jenn at the front desk is so helpful to always work with my busy schedule too!
