Lois has been able to release my head, neck and upper trap tension like no other therapist has been able to. I am so relaxed and comfortable while I’m there and after I leave. She has amazing hands, technique and is very experienced and educated. I highly recommend! Thank you, Lois! You’re the best:)

I got a SpaFinder gift card through work which is how I found this place. I’m glad I did! The spa is located in the bottom floor of a business center near a golf course. While it’s a bit of a different location for a spa, the suite is very nice. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything is very clean. I scheduled a 90 minute relaxation massage and it was wonderful. I believe it was Lois who did my massage and she was such a lovely person. She took the time to understand my needs and health history upfront. The massage was very relaxing and gentle, with Lois quietly checking in every so often to ensure the pressure was okay. I was given a hot towel and offered a water at the end to finish out the session. The pricing is very reasonable, and much more affordable than comparable spas in the area. While massages are more of an occasional “treat yourself” thing for me, I would consider visiting here for more frequent treatments. Thank you Lois and In The Zone for a great experience!

Lois and Carla are GREAT massage therapists who listen to your concerns and skillfully address them! Their massage rooms are a slice of heaven on earth and I feel awesome when I leave the spa!

I had a spasm in the thick muscles at the base of my neck that was giving me tingling in my right arm. Lois applied her healing hands and worked out the muscle and soothed the surrounding tissues. My muscles relaxed and my neck now feels great! Thank you and I recommend In The Zone !

I've received several massages at Hidden Valley and they have all been great. I've had Kristina, but i'm sure the other girls do a good job as well. Plus, typically you get a full hour massage instead of 50 minutes that places like massage envy do. Would highly recommend!

I first went to Hidden Valley Massage Therapy on a gift certificate and after receiving the best massage I'd had ever, and I'm not exaggerating, I started buying packages of hour long massages. I believe I have been back monthly since (though sometimes it becomes 3 weeks or 2 weeks depending on what is going on). I'm a runner, and when I'm upping my mileage before a half marathon, the massages keep me pain free. Everyone there is fantastic as well, which makes it a great experience all around. I have referred many friends and would encourage anyone to give them a try!
