10 years ago i became associated with then keystone umfcu. in those years, the staff at now common roots umfcu have gone time and again beyond anticipated good customer service. polite, informative, inventive, creative, only a few of adjectives that can be used to describe the staff. onset of covid doubled their efforts to meet the challenge. the big guys should take lessons from commonroot on how to deal with their loyal custom. dont know who alex rolf is. i am not he.
