So,,I’ve read all the reviews, and even though this is my first time dealing with this place, the gal at the counter was super nice and accommodating to my needs and even ordered my product new because they didn’t have my size and priced better that what Harley will charge you, I think these people complaining in all the reviews just need to grow a thicker skin, and realize the world doesn’t revolve around you butter cup.. and depending on how you articulate your expectations for services will greatly increase your odds of getting what you want, “no charge” for that❗

This is the most legit shop I've been to in a long time. Great service, done quickly, at a fair price. These guys are real riders without making me feel out of place like I get from going to the dealership(s). They're definitely my go-to from now on!

Caesars was great. Got my 20k service done Friday, Kyle the mechanic did a great job, very thorough. Regan got me scheduled in for a appointment with no problem, thanks.

I LOVE this shop and these people! Thanye is an outstanding guy and very knowledgeable, Justin was able to answer all my questions and get me everything I needed. The kind lady (I forgot to get her name) ordered me everything I needed and gave me a call when it was ready to be picked up. It's a real quality business, I cant say it enough GREAT people. Best experience I have ever had dealing with a shop owner. This guy is one of the nicest people I have ever done business with. VERY fair on prices. I would definitely go back again. Who gives a Sh(*& if he is in a M.C. Club or not. SUPER NICE GUY!!! He took my kid and let him pet his camel...

Best experience with customer service and free advice i have ran into in utah. The new owner is a nice down to earth guy. And when i personally have ordered parts from them i have got them in a expedient manner. Dont think i will deal with any other shop from here on out. Lol funny while i was typing this they called me and told me my tire repair is complete hell just dropped it off yesterday after noon . 😀✌see what i mean

Ceaser carries just about anything youll need for your older American made motorcycles and if not he will get it for you quickly. Oh ya and to the helmet wearing jap bike solo riding dork you are wrong its a different catalog for bikes that run on rice. And he never has any problem hearing me maybe you should try speaking with your mouth.
