I ordered a laptop battery from CDS and it arrived promptly. Fortunately - my issue turned out to not be a battery issue but handling business after the fact with CDS was an easy and straightforward experience.

We order laptop parts and screens from CDS parts, and get them promptly, well packed and with all of the needed components to install. They have worked with us on a return that was needed after a client didnt get the laptop to us for several weeks. They have been easy and professional to work with.

While I wasn't able to reach them by phone (VM boxes were both full), I was able to stop in with my broken laptop and get the screen replaced very professionally and quickly. Needed to replace a broken fan in an older Dell laptop. Figured there was little chance of finding the part I was looking for. I was wrong. For roughly $10, CDS sold and promptly shipped me the replacement fan. In just a few days, the laptop was humming along as good as new. Thanks CDS!
