I've been working with BPA for roughly 6 years and have had nothing but amazing experiences.

Coming into the Industry I had no experience with insurance or employee benefits at all. This didn't matter as BPA has offered me the ability to grow at my own pace with constant Training, Mentorship, and Opportunities to better myself and my career.

BPA truly feels like an extension of my friends and family. We work closely in the office and oftentimes meet up after work for fun and relaxation.

Overall, BPA offers an amazing career opportunity with a group of people you'll be excited to work with.

Everytime i need something from this office, they return calls and help me as best as they can.

Customer service not great

I was told I could not enroll in benefits while on medical leave of absence, then a different representative called and told me something different days later. When I asked what company the medical insurance was with, and for an email with a brief overview, Tracey A. was rude and said she "didn't have time for that". The enrollment process is rushed and they do not give you any resources ahead of time to glance over to make an informed decision .

I enrolled on the website you provided way back in September2022 and received confirmation via email from the union benefits office that I was fully enrolled and covered as of 11/1/22. I also completed the open enrollment approximately a month ago.

I never received my insurance cards in the mail from BCBS upon my effective date so I took the initiative to call BCBS of Michigan two months ago to request the cards via email or by mail so that I could get to the doctor’s office to address some pressing issues. BCBS stated they did not have me in their system and they also stated they never received my information to input into their system from the union benefits office.

I have been calling the number you provided for over three months and I have spoken to several Union benefits reps expressing my concerns. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same answer as to they are still trying to figure out why my information hasn’t been updated and why my information never reached BCBS.

I received an email yesterday from the Union benefits office once again apologizing for the issue and that they are still working on getting my information forwarded to BCBS.

Issue still not resolved and no reasonable explanation to why I still do not have insurance although money is being taken out my check since September 2022.

These people just ring my phone, two rings, hung up, two more rings, hung up, two more rings, and hung up. I called them back to ask why but there was no one available to take my call. I need this!

This company is garbage! Not only did Lauren not do her job of putting my information in on time the supposed to be supervisor turned in two months of deductions to payroll for some insurance that I hadn’t used and didn’t have access to! Don’t waste your time or money!

This company is terrible I have been trying to get in touch with BPA for 3 months no answer no call back. The phone just rings for hours.

This company has been taking a premium out of my check since June and I have yet to receive an insurance card. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for a month about my vision provider and have not received a call back. This place is a joke even my HR manager has been unsuccessful in trying to reach someone. My next call is to the BBA.

The most unreliable and unresponsive insurance company I have ever dealt with! They have no customer service and will not answer emails or calls. Would never ever recommend this company to anyone that needs issuance!!!!!
