My Best Smile

Had my initial appointment today, the first I'd seen a dentist in over a decade. From reception to the technician (Whitney) to Dr. John, everyone was very sweet, professional, and skilled. I look forward to being a lifelong patient at My Best Smile.

I got my teeth cleaned today at My Best Smile in Baden Whitney was awesome she made me feel comfortable and the cleaning went very well. Whitney does have skills when I go back in 6 months I hope she is there

I have been going there for 20 years and I have never had a problem. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have questions, they always answer them..

Best dentist and hygienist I have ever been to. I drive 35 minutes to get here because I moved and I don't want to change dentists.

Dr Kokai has been my dentist for over 25 years. I have always been very happy with my care. I appreciated that I was able to be seen the same day that I called with a problem. Great office staff as well!

Best dentist...best staff!! A lot of people dread going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my appointments here. Nice atmosphere, staff gets along well with each other. Bonus - Dr. John is well-read & super smart so you end up paying more attention to what he's saying instead of what they're doing. Perfect distraction technique for those of us with white-coat syndrome 😁

So far I’ve been to this dentist twice and they have been fantastic all around. They are friendly and helpful, they explain things very well, my hygienist Whitney did an awesome job on my teeth today they feel smooth and super clean. Overall I’m really happy I found this dentist office.

The staff n Dr. Kokai are so polite n make you feel so comfortable. Whitney is fantastic. She knows her stuff, so polite, n has a great personality. A big shout out to them all. With all my problems n not a good prognosis for my teeth, I made the best decision to have my dental work done here, even with an hour or more drive each way to get there. Thank you all.

Whitney saved me from a deep rooted fear of Dentists. She has a very kind and caring way with me and helped me find ways to cope with my fear. I listen to Michael Buble on my ear buds. It works and she has a firm grip with a gentle ways about her. The entire office never makes a person feel bad about themselves and their teeth. I actually like to go and visit with Whitney as she has become a friend as well and we all need more of that. BTW the office is clean neat and if your like looking at interesting nature photography you are in luck also!

Everyone makes you feel like you are at home! But even more important is the quality of work done. Colleen, one of the dental assistants, is a conscientious team member who works superbly with Dr. Kokai and does excellent work while always reassuring you. Erica does the finance and appointments. She has worked with my difficult insurance to get the benefits I deserve. Most important of all, the dentist I see most is Dr. Kokai. He is outstanding in all dental care, I would recommend to anyone needing dental work. Thank you all for your excellent care.

Everyone was truly professional and genuinely friendly. I've had bad experiences with dental work and they put my fears at ease. Dr.K explained my dental plan and went over it thoroughly. I have already recommended him to someone one else. I'm truly ready for my best smile and I know I'm in good hand at My Best Smile!!! 😁😁😁

Dr John and his staff are always the best.
They all know I hate coming in but they try their best to make me relaxed and comfortable.
Yeah going to the dentist is not much fun but the people there make it a much better experience than it could be.

Dr Kokai is so gentle and sweet. He makes the visit so much more bearable. He makes sure that you feel nothing.
