One More Noodle House 来一碗

We had the best time here. The noodles are so good and a decent price. They give you such a big portion, and if you can't eat it all, they do have to go containers. The lady working the counter was so friendly and helpful. The cold noodles do come with a broth, but it's a nice change of pace. The little sandwich is amazing, and the numbing beef noodles were our favorite.

Very good place. Reasonably priced authentic Chinese noodles dishes with large portions of meat compared to other noodle restaurants. Their biased beef and sliced beef are both good and I recommend to add a dollar to try the "belt noodles," which is a kind of wider noodles with more texture. Dan Dan noodle is quite good as well - there are ground pork or beef options with a sauce mixed with sesame sauce and chili oil.
They have non spicy and vegetarian options as well.

If you’re a FRIENDS fan you’ll really enjoy sitting here and saying “mmm noodle soup”. But in all seriousness these hand pulled noodles are delicious, the beef basically melts in your mouth, and it’s worth the drive if you don’t live close

We were glad we chose this spot during the weekday, it was busy with local tradesmen finishing their lunch break - so it must be good. Not a long wait to place our order at the counter. Their portion sizes were big and we all had extra to take home! I tried the pear juice in the bottle which was very unexpectedly enjoyable- lightly sweet.

All noodles options for our lunch today. It was so delicious and satisfying to enjoy a tasty bowl of noodles. The delectable appetizer also served well with our favorite noodles. Come out to try it and you’ll certainly asked for ONE More Bowl!

Absolutely delicious noodles. Friendly service. Generous portions. Frankly, I wasn't familiar with nearly any of the dishes up on the board, but loved what we got: Oil Tossed Noodles & Eggplant Tofu Noodles. Will be perfect as colder seasons come on.

We left One More Noodle House saying (1) we need to come back and (2) we need to bring some new people.

This place is excellent. The noodles are nicely chewy, the flavors on point, and the portions massive. Decor is what you expect: low key and chill.

I'd be stunned if you were disappointed with this place.

When my brother suggested we try One More, I had no idea what I was getting into. It was delicious. It was also so much food! I could easily make two meals out of this, and most certainly did. Both dishes were delicious, and I would definitely return. I had a few questions before ordering, and the gentleman at the counter was more than happy to help. The ambience is great, the service is quick, the food ish it, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food as much as we were.

Sour hot pot beef soup with udon was amazing! Great service and friendly atmosphere, very delicious dishes

Our friend from Taiwan recommended this place to us. We got the braised beef noodle soup, egg and tomato soup, and zha jiang mian. They were all super good. The noodles are homemade and very tasty with a nice texture. The broths are flavorful and piping hot. If you go here for the first time, these three options are very palatable and you can’t go wrong with any of them. The egg and tomato might have been my favorite today because it tastes like a warm hug. Just pure comfort food. Definitely looking forward to coming back here soon!

Delicious and large portions! The numbing spicy noodle is the best!

The best noodle soup I have ever had period. I live in San Francisco which is pretty well known for their Chinese food but I have yet to find a spicy beef noodle soup better than what One More Noodle House has to offer. The portions are great, the meat is tender, and the broth is incredible delicious and flavorful with the perfect level of numbing spiciness. Anytime I am in SLC I will always find time to make it to One More Noodle House because it's just that good. Highly recommend!

You need to try the homemade house noodles. They are made fresh in house and have a great texture, almost al-dente like. We got the braised beef and braised pork. The meat was very tender, but they also had a lot of fat on them. The broth was also very flavorful. They have a lot of menu items that can be overwhelming, but you’ll probably enjoy your order.

Dry, belt noodles are the way to go. Braised pork belt noodles was good

Such a gem. The Spicy pork noodle was amazing and the portions are huge.

After a terrible meal at yet another Salt Lake chain restaurant, One More Noodle House saved my day.
We had the Dan Dan Noods and the Braised Beef Noods. Someone out there gives a damn about what they put into bowls, and it shows. The noods are tender and perfectly cooked. They're obviously fresh and made somewhat recently. The Braised Beef is tender without falling to mush and tastes incredible. The DanDan was perfectly spicy and not too Salty like some can become.
Also, the cucumbers were amazing.

First time and won’t be my last. Some friends recommended One More Noodle House and it did not disappoint. We got the tomato scramble egg noodles and egg plant pork and both were delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

The house made noodles can't be beat. I usually get one of the several variations of numbing spicy soup. The flavor is great. Give this place a shot.

Wow! I told my local friends the same thing. Not only can you not get these kinds of noodles anywhere within a 400 or more mile radius, they were yummy! I tried 4 different ones, including the one recommended by the owner guy and all were delicious. And none of them tasted the same. At first we were like "only noodles huh?" Well, my mom who normally eats like a rabbit nearly finished her whole bowl. My 12 year old son polished his off. These are not tiny bowls. I ordered the tomato scrambled egg (番茄炒蛋), which probably sounds super weird if you're not Chinese. But oh my, it was a perfect combination of savory and sweet. You won't regret ordering it. The original was good. The 酸菜 was good. I wish we lived closer but we will for sure be back. One of my new favorite restaurants in the valley.

Certainly a winning establishment. The menu is broad with all things noodles, Taiwanese style. There's something for everyone unless you don't like noodles. Service is quick and friendly. Prices are very good even in this inflationary period. Highly recommended.
