I have been seeing Patty Bussmann PAC for years. Every Visit has been fantastic and I would recommend her/them with confidence. The office staff has always treated me with respect and when I have left messages they always return my calls. Thanks for always being there.

So friendly, and i always walk out with a smile. The drs are great at breaking the tension with a good laugh. Refill requests are always sent in promptly, and messages for the nurse are returned just as fast! All in all its the best PCP I've ever gone too!

I switched to Boyertown Medical a few years ago and have always had a great experience. I'm usually able to get a same-day appointment, the receptionists are always friendly and courteous, I never have to wait more than 5-10 min once I arrive, and the doctors are always caring and attentive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new doctor's office.

Absolutely love Boyertown Medical Associates. Dr. Bingener has been my family doctor for 15+ years. He is a phenomenal doctor as are all of the doctors there. His staff have always been respectful and kind towards me and my family. I trust this establishment with my life. Love it!!

Now that Bally Medical Group has joined Boyertown Medical Associates, nothing but good news. They are great. Staff very helpful. Doctors, Nurse Practitioners & office staff awesome. If you had a bad experience in the past, give them another try.

I joined about 1 year, maybe 2 years ago. I have gotten great results & care there. And I have multiple & complicated health issues.

Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend them.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, I hate the fact that they will not accept refill requests from the pharmacy. You have to take the time to call them in yourself.

(I tried to give them 4.5 stars, but it would not let me.)

Call me lazy if you want, but sometimes, it makes for quite a bit of inconvenience for me..

I've read a lot of poor reviews but I don't think they were necessarily fair. From my experience the office staff sometimes leaves a little to be desired. However the doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners are top notch, friendly, professionals that truly care about their patients. I'm thankful that my families health care is in such capable hands. And if I was to just rate the practice solely on the doctors, I would have given this review 5 stars. Thank you Boyertown Medical Associates.

Patty is great, Dr. P she could use some bedside manners, Dr. B does he still work there you make an appointment to see him and it gets canceled have been going here for over 20 years it’s hit or miss
