I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness and competence of All Hours (serviceman was Joey). Had a (non-emergency) issue on a Saturday morning, first contacted them at maybe 8:30, and Joey was there to fix the problem by noon. The fix was quick, he was very clear and friendly on describing the issue and what he did to repair it, and as far as I can tell everything's working great now. And the amount charged was very fair. I would recommend All Hours to anyone needing plumbing work.

Kyle was AWESOME! Arrived pretty quickly considering & did amazing also replacing old parts we didn’t realize needed replacing. Super friendly professional & great at explaining what he was doing that I could actually understand. Also our 3 y/o loved him haha.

We recently had a brand new tankless water heater put in by Bubby C., Brady C., and Jairo G. They did phenomenal work, were knowledgeable, patient, and exceeded our expectations. They were so friendly, responsive, and helpful and made making a big decision like we did seem less daunting. We have been so happy with all of the interactions we have had!

Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone. I highly recommend All Hours for your AC needs!

We had work done in June, they told us when we paid for the bill that the work was warranted, and that was a lot for 30 minutes, but that is another matter.

Anyway, there was water leaking from the area where the original repair was done.

Issac Valdez came over and assessed the situation, ended up turning off the water and then taking outdoor faucet out which had split for some reason.

He didn't have a replacement with him in the van and went back to the shop.
He returned about 15 minutes later and added the new faucet to the house.

The repair went great, Issac was great and very cordial and clean. I would recommend Issac at anytime.

Nathan Eagle was absolutely amazing. He not only installed our new shower fixtures (very old!) efficiently, but was so pleasant and charming. In addition, he spent some time driving to several places to find what he needed for our new outside gas line, unsuccessfully, but with deep apologies is fitting us into his schedule tomorrow.
A great hire! I will do business with this company any time again!

We’ve used All Hours three times in the last two years for various concerns and they have been absolutely incredible all three times! Truly couldn’t ask for better service from start to finish— every time. I sincerely appreciate how thorough they are, and for each callout they did such an amazing job of educating us and offering options for us that best fit our needs and budget. Tim McPeters was absolutely brilliant helping us this last time— not only with helping us winterize our cabin, but also for helping us think through a few quick fixes for the previous owners’ DIY work that was potentially problematic. Didn’t pressure us in any way, by ultimately we ended up going with the recommendation to make the quick repair to save us another callout (and potentially a huge issue) down the line! Highly recommended— don’t hesitate to hire them!
