Do not use 8 ferry st from your gps, it will put you on other side of tracks in residential, use ave B it will put you at the intersection of ferry and ave B. Very nice people fast load unload.

It is a fraud. They just don't deliver. I requested product to Mexico and they sent it to Germany with no chance of refund.

Do not buy from this company!
They won’t refund your money should anything go wrong with the items ordered. Instead they will blame the delivery company and vice-verse. It’s been almost 3 months I bought and paid for my items which never made to me, and they refuse to refund me!

I ordered magnesium pills from you. It was a week or 2 ago. But you still hadn't sent them out. I found out it was the wrong type of magnesium. So I asked to cancel the order , and they refused to cancel the order. I will NOT do business with this company ever again !!

EXTREMELY disappointed with their service and response!!!. We placed an order to ship internationally and followed all steps when placing the order. They even provided an estimated delivery date and confirmed the order. After two months, the order never arrived, and we found out it was stocked in another city waiting for custom clearance. Not only Lucky Vitamin NEVER gave the option to pay for customs on the destination but fail by NOT giving proper advise about how to handle the situation from there. The order is still at customs AND Lucky Vitamin haven’t supported or provided the proper information. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FORM THAT COMPANY and will make sure my contacts know about our experience and the lack of customer support. Thank you,

Ordered a product X 2 on same order. It arrived late and worse the lotion product was rancid. I reached out to Mfg. Ms Myers and they advised the product was made in 2017 with shelf life of 2 years. It is now 2021 and Lucky Vitamin is passing off an expired product.

Beware! Ordered DHL Priority and the product never arrived - no refund, no compensation, no customer service - I am surprised someone has not closed Luckyvitamin down.

Worked at this place . It use to be good until they thought it was a good idea to take your paid holidays and sick days ... And life from you .
