Cannot say enough about how fantastic the team at Baierl Service are! My Camry was making a weird noise and wouldn't start on a Friday morning, and the warning message was one that meant do not try to drive the car and get it to a dealer right away. I called, and they gave me one of the first appointments the next day, but even said they would try to fit it in earlier if they could. They were able to take care of my car in a few short hours and kept me informed throughout the process. The employees were kind, professional, and so nice to work with. Thank you!!

Thankyou Noah for getting everything done! Had a MUCH better experience this time around and he was super helpful. A little miscommunication on specifics of my vehicle concerns and what the tech was looking for but ultimately got the work done. Would highly suggest the techs not sending the vehicle review before speaking with the advisor though to ensure what is being looked at and is correct and warranty concerns are reviewed for coverage first. Also, in the overview for the vehicle and work to be done doesn’t give you any information if it is put under “general repair”. I’m not familiar with the system that y’all are using but it would definitely be helpful to have a little more description so I know what is being done/looked at, when the parts will be available, and if it’s covered under warranty etc. It’s much easier to have the information than to have to continue asking. Though, Noah was sure to text me back if/when I had questions and was able to promptly answer the questions I did have. Thankyou again!

Exceptional experience !! I was very worried about the state of my car when bringing it in - not only did I get text updates throughout the process, but even received photos and videos during my inspection to show me what was going on and why my services were recommended. Noah Earl was my service advisor and he was (and has been) fantastic to me. He is extremely patient, answers all of my questions with expertise, and is willing to work with me on certain items regarding my Tacoma. He is one of the main reasons I return for all of my service to this Toyota Dealership. I cannot say enough good things about Noah!

I had a flat and had my car towed in. Andrew at the service desk was great. Checked me in and gave me a clear description of the issues found. Andrew also walked me through the advantages of each product and the services that came with the options. Andrew definitely made my experience with the service department stand apart from any other dealer service department experience. The only service department for me going forward.
