The staff is super friendly idk what these people are talking about. Dr Diana Hrivona is so sweet . Since moving here a little over 2 years ago for the most part I really love all my doctors. I had a bad doctor when I first moved here what a joke he was but I'm now in awesome care. Thanks to Dr Violago for the referral to an amazing pcp as well as her and my kidney doctor

Dr. Hricova is very attentive to listening and answering questions, and concerns.
I have no issue with the office staff either, they have always been kind and helpful.

I am a health care aid taking care of a very sick elderly woman. Not every time we make an appointment can she attend (we have to make an apt every other month for her meds) but we always try to cancel/reschedule as little as we can. I have been yelled at by the lady who answers the phone everytime for cancelling (as if we do it for fun - I’m sure she would love to feel up to something as simple as a doctors office, but that’s not always the case) and when I make new appointments I have been asked petty comments such as “is she actually going to show up this time” to which I had to inform her that she is working with sick people and sometimes very sick people cannot handle a long car ride and a doctors visit - something she should already know. I gave them two stars because once we get past the front desk lady the rest of the staff is great.

I have autism and it took me a long time to even be able to call a doctor's office on my own and I called today and I have a tendency of talking too much but I did not expect the secretary to literally YELL at me to stop rambling. After trying to gain the confidence to do it, that definitely shattered me. I don't even want to go anymore.

I attempted to make my first appointment with them and the secretary was ignorant and basically told me they had no room for me. I'd never had a worse first impression with any company let alone one that treats people's medical conditions. Would rather go to a free health clinic in the worst area possible then spend a minute there.

Do NOT recommend. Called for a new patient. Instead of calling, talking and understand the issue with the last Dr. Office I was at for 10 years. Was automatically treated like a bad patient and felt as if they were looking for every reason to not accept us as patients. Also, Had the previous Dr. Office transfer records and when we would just called and ask if they received them etc. would get a nasty attitude by the lady answering the phone and saying the Drs. Office was lying even though they provided dates etc. when it was sent. Just very nasty staff.. I can’t even tell you about the Dr. I didn’t have the chance to get through the awful staff to know.. Not the kind of staff I want to deal with long term. I hope this helps others when picking a Dr. Office that cares about their patients.

After just moving to the area, I called to schedule a new patient appointment for a simple yearly physical as I'm in good health and take no medications. This doctor is within walking distance from my home and I now can see why the parking lot is always empty. The receptionist, Janine, was very rude and didn't ask questions but only made assumptions, was not welcoming to a new patient, and needs serious customer service training. The doctor, after Janine offered me to speak with him when I said she was being rude, told Janine to tell me to make an appointment to discuss Janine. HILARIOUS. What a joke.

Receptionists are rude on the phone and in person.
They’re the ones you see first and they set your mood for the entire appointment. I know they’re rude in person because I attended my fiancĂ©’s appointment.

Worst part was I had called them and asked if they were taking new patients. They said YES. So I made an appointment for a week out. I hadn’t been on my medications because I had to see a doctor first in order to continue prescriptions. I could no longer afford my previous dr, so I called Holets office. They called me TWENTY MINUTES before my appointment to tell me they weren’t taking new patients. They were rude over the phone in this instance as well. I need my blood pressure medication or I can barely function. They offered no solutions, except to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM, even though this was 100% their fault! So I got to waste time in an ER who was only able to give me 7 days worth. So I then got to scramble and try to find another doctor I could afford.

They’re VERY unprofessional, VERY rude and are in it for your money only.

The other lady at the other table whose name is Robyn (with black hair) is VERY rude.. If you don’t want to help people then Dr. Holets should fire you !! you have no right to tell us that we should stop visiting our chiropractor. You don’t know the pain that a person is going through and for you to give us your attitude. We paid every time we go to the office and YOU should learn to treat the person correctly.!!

The secretaries there are just NASTY! They talk over you when you ask a question, while snapping at you in the process! Lonely 'cat ladies' from the Eisenhower Era at best!!
