The doctors and staff here are super friendly and caring! I always feel like they take the time to listen and answer all of our questions even after hours. We are new parents and have appreciated all the support and guidance from the doctors here.

Love Dr. Kilpatrick! Team is very friendly and patient with our infant. Get in and out quickly for our scheduled appointments.

Great team. Always have our children’s health as their number one priority.

This place seems to keep bouncing back to the old location on maps for some reason. It is on freedom road near Shop N Save, not on executive drive. Hasn't been there for a while. We generally have good experiences when we bring the kids here.

Silk is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He gave examples that were highly inappropriate and carried a strong sense of discrimination .He didn't directly answer my question but instead kept asking me questions in return. Throughout the entire process, he displayed a lack of patience and made some peculiar statements. I don't understand why UPMC would have doctors like that. I informed him about my concerns, but he unexpectedly told me he didn't have time at the moment, mentioning other patients waiting for him. Ironically, he was the one causing delays by discussing entirely unrelated topics. His condescending attitude reflects a form of discrimination against patients.

We moved to Wexford from NY 6 years ago. We chose this facility back then when it had better rating. My son at the time was 13 years old. Staff very friendly super nice. However surprisingly Dr. Silk and Dr Rodriguez have terrible attitudes. 0 bedside manner, 0 interpersonal manners to speak to parents. Very frustrating, bc most people we have met in Pittsburgh are very kind and friendly. My advise if you are looking for a pediatrician. I really would like to give 0 stars. Go somewhere else. UPMC has many top notch facilities, pick a different pediatrician.

I had an appointment today at 7:15 PM to get a sports physical for my son. They called to say Dr. Silk had a cancellation and I could come in at 6:45 PM, I gladly accepted. It’s currently 7:50 PM and we are still sitting, waiting. Very frustrating!!

Never on time for appointments always wait at least 45 minutes
