Very friendly staff and doctor listens to your problem and explains things so you can understand. Definitely would refer.

Take to long for everything

This practice is an extreme disaster! they are ridiculously disorganized, PLEASE stay away! Staff is very unprofessional. Staff is loud and have boundaries issues. Last week, they scheduled my son’s appointment for 3:30pm, and we waited half an hour to be called to a room, and then waited for another 45minutes. While we waited, we could hear the staff chatting about personal stuff and it It was so uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer we were going to wait, they had the nerve to react intimidating by just responding “the doctor’s a little behind today, she’ll see you soon”. No apology nothing like everyone has 2 hours to waste for something that can be done in 30 minutes. These people are plain disrespectful.
The doctor seems to be good at what she does, but has a low-key passive aggressive attitude as well; that encourages poor management-is horrible.
The place is dirty and poorly maintained. Dirty sinks, toe nails all over the floor, dusty office.
I do NOT recommend this practice to anyone. Please contact your insurance and find another provider for podiatrist services. There are plenty of good providers in Berks County.

I’m sorry but this place was horrible. They treated me really nasty. They made me feel really embarrassed and uncomfortable and acted like they were disgusted they read my results in front of the other patients and I got a full surgery on my foot and when I got an infection they wouldn’t bring me in to be seen and my plantars wart came right back.

Rated one star in order to make a comment. This place is disgusting🤮 scary, staff are poorly trained💩 ladies in there are loud even when talking about privacy rights🤦stay away from this place.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!. We showed up 15 mins before scheduled time. The paperwork that we filled out on line isn't available immediately, so we needed to fill out the forms AGAIN. Then all the patients but me get called back and I was told it's bc I'm a new patient . So 25 mins later I'm now in the room to be seen by the Dr. After waiting another 20 minutes and the kicker is the TOENAILS ALL OVER THE FLOOR from prior patients ,I decided I'm out. Then on the way out I said something and all the Dr herself said was sorry. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I took my daughter here and the doctor wasn't personable at all, talked to us like we were idiots. Also, when he took a sample of her nail he pulled clippers out of a metal box, they were not wrapped or anything. After using them he put them back in the box, never washed them off or anything. Very upset with this place.

I had to resdule my sons appointment 3 times and all 3 times there was a problem on why they couldn't see him first it was a referral then scheduling me when they are close to then a referral from the doctor so with that said they are not a good place they are very un organize and expects you to give them the upmost respect but they don't give it to you when they are the ones making it impossible to even get seen save yourself sometime and go somewhere else oh and the front desk lady is very rude and acts like that office is not to blame you are
