Who says you need big construction companies to make your deck dreams come true? We found local construction and remodeling company, ES Home Improvements, through a friend, and we’re so glad we did! Elliot was professional and reliable, building our deck even in the coldest of the cold. He was easy going yet knowledgeable, and was always willing to talk things over, especially with our crazy hexagon idea for our fire pit. We definitely recommend ES Home Improvements to our family, friends and neighbors!

Last year I hired Elliot to do a concrete pad in my backyard after seeing his previous projects. He was great to work with and listened to my recommendations. His quotes were very detailed and gave different pricing options on how I wanted to complete the work when it came to excavation, dirt removal, etc. I was really happy with this so I could keep this project with budget. Shortly after, I signed a contract.

He was communicative through the summer on when work would start. Delays happen, and he kept me informed. When the work started, he was great when the inevitable changes came. We added modifications for a larger wall and wider sidewalk. Elliot was able to accommodate and gave very fair pricing for the extra material and labor.

8 months later the patio is now decorated, fully in use, and looking great! No cracks have developed and the water slopes away from the house as planned. I would hire Elliot and his team again for more projects in the future.

Elliott and his team made us custom, oversized barn doors for our laundry room closet and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. They had excellent communication throughout and were efficient and detailed in their installation.

Elliot and his team were great to work with. Flexible and accommodating. I had some extra task I wanted done and hadn't originally asked for. Elliot amd his crew rolled with my request and made them happen.

Over the past year and a half, Elliot gave our basement a major update (floors, walls, beams, fireplace, built-ins, bathroom and bar) and built us a custom pool shed. Elliot is patient, kind, professional and the quality in his work is not something you get from many contractors. This will not be the last project we do with Elliot!

Elliot is a hard-working, honest person. You can absolutely trust him to be in your house and the gentleman he works with are amazing as well. We would call Elliot for all of our projects.

Elliot and his crew were great to work with! We had a small deck and patio installed by them. They made sure we were happy with the plans and understood the process. Good communication and excellent attention to detail. They kept the job site clean and made sure we knew what was going on along the way. They were very professional from beginning to end of the project. Finished the project in a timely manner and clean up so well we didn’t even know they were here! Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good, these guys do good work and it’s worth every penny!

We had our master bathroom redone by Elliot and his team. They did a phenomenal job! Elliot was great with communicating and answered all questions we had during the project. The entire team was very friendly, professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They were also great with our animals as we have 3 dogs and each person was very careful not to let them out our front door as they were coming in and out of the house. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend him. If we have projects in the future, we definitely will be contacting him!

Elliott did a great job with our interior door installation. He was prompt with his responses to questions and concerns we had. He listened to what our plan was and provided multiple options for us to choose from for our project. We are happy with the completed job!

Great work

The ES team is very respectful and honest. Elliot is very understanding of the project expectations and we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and bathroom upgrades! From new flooring, hood range and full bathroom. We are so thankful for their work and still glad we made the investment and chose ES to do the work. Being a small business means they do it all from phone call, work, clean up, etc. It’s a tough business world out there, but this team does it right.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from this contractor. First he said there would be a quote, then he shows up saying they are going to demo next door and asked for permission to take down a part that was on both sides of the row house (half on mine). I agreed based on the idea they would cover back up what they opened. At that moment sends an outrageous quote, later a reasonable one but by then I didn't want them touching my house. I declined, so in turn, they took three months to do the work next door, and left me a tarp. No joke! Wouldn't trust them at ALL!!!
ALL my neighbors keep telling me how they would go and have to sweep all the debris they left. One neighbor had to go up and down the sidewalk any day they'd see them working looking for nails. I thought it was just my porch they were leaving dirty because I chose to not use their "services". Good luck...
