Writing as we are sat here, very lovely staff and accommodating. Food was amazing and good value for money. Window view gives you a nice view of the town.

Maybe the best breakfast in the state and definitely the best hollandaise I’ve had anywhere! Great people and we’ve never had a wait. Well worth a short drive away from the ski areas!

We stopped here on our way to Stockbridge MA. Friendly service and excellent food. Very tasty! Only one suggestion take the carpet out and do the wood floor like the salon next door. It would give your place a little more ambience. Love the food!!!!

Main Street Cafe offers a classic, down home diner experience with generous portions of freshly prepared meals. Breakfast is a must. The owner, Terry, works the tables and creates a welcoming environment.

Love this place. Great food, great service. There was only one server handling several large groups, and she was amazing. So calm and polite.. the eggs Benedict was amazing, hollandaise sauce was so yummy. You could tell it was made from scratch and in house, so fresh and delicious! We will be back for sure..

Stopped by to avoid Rutland crowds. I gauge any place for breakfast solely on Eggs Benedict. Theirs was the complete package. Wonderful Hollandaise sauce, THICK Canadian Bacon, not too crisp English muffin, and perfectly poached eggs. Extremely satisfying.

Great little stop to check out while driving Route 7. All day breakfast, sandwiches, and grill items. Prices are okay, reasonable for the area.

Stopped here for breakfast heading from Rutland to Connecticut. Food was good, prices very reasonable, and service was great! Kim did a great job being the only server with several tables going. Would defiantly stop again! Thanks!

This was a surprise stop for us. One well spent. The food was really great (not everyone can get a poached egg right. But these guys nailed it. LOL) The service was super the menu was nice, they also offer gluten-free items. We will stop in again the next time through Wallingford.
