A accident on my part is artwork on John's part. He always tells me "no one but the two of us will know," and he's always right -- three cars worth. I'd never consider anybody else. Plus he has a dent guy, Scott, who is excellent too!

I struggle to find the perfect words to describe the standard that John and his staff hold true. John works with integrity, service before self, and excellence in everything he does. I have had multiple vehicles repaired by John, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the job. After my first repair, I noticed that he vacuumed out my vehicle, cleaned up my dashboard, cleaned the floor matts, and finally cleaned and polished my car. I was blown away at the fact that he was willing to go beyond what the insurance company could cover; simply as an act of kindness. I would recommend John and his crew to anyone! And God forbid my vehicle sees another bender; John will be the first person I call.

John and his staff are the best in the business, hands down! He is indeed a magician with what he can accomplish. He is very professional and a perfectionist. Obviously highly recommend!

John is such a nice guy, respectful, SO talented with his craft, AND he charged wayyy less (hundreds less in all cases and, in some cases, $1000 less!) than the several other quotes we obtained. We had to drive 30 mins out of our way, but we’d do it again - worth the drive. We’re so happy with how the repair and paint turned out (I wish I could attach a before/after photo!). If anyone is looking for affordable, fair, high quality auto body repair work, I would highly recommend him!!

John Artzberger is AWESOME! I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I'm unfamiliar with the area, so I chose this shop with my fingers crossed based on their good Yelp reviews and a recommendation from a vehicle appraiser, and I'm so glad that I did! John was very easy to reach and talk to throughout the entire process. The turnaround time seemed to be very reasonable. He said he backs his repairs for as long as he's living, but still provided me with a 5 year warranty for my paranoid self and sent me home with a detailed report of everything that was done. He was very flexible and understanding when it came to scheduling a time to come pick up my car. I live about 45 minutes away and wasn't able to get out there until 2 days after it was ready due to my work schedule. They even detailed and waxed my car without being asked and for no additional charge! It was equal to a $150 detailing job I've had done before, if not better. They really went above and beyond. My car was showroom quality when I picked it up. This place was well worth the 45 minute drive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from a shop and owner they can trust! I obviously hope I never end up in another accident, but if I do, I'll know exactly where to go. As long as I'm living in the area, John Artzberger has my business.
