The Market On West Street

I was taking a nostalgic drive through my hometown today and stopped at this eatery. What a treasure! The owner is delightful and made me feel so welcomed. She talked me into the meatloaf sandwich on her freshly baked kaiser roll. Another customer confirmed my selection and was taking the dinner version home. Absolutely delicious. Next time I am in town, I will definitely stop by.

Absolutely awesome! The owners are very nice and the food is amazing. The bread is soo good and is fresh baked, I just ate a sandwich from there and I think I have to go back and get another one for later!! You will be missing out if you do not stop in.

Generous and kind people, delicious food, commendable customer service. Hopefully in time the store can be open for longer hours because these guys make you feel at home the second you walk in, I intentionally go here instead of other stores because of the owners' friendliness...

There are many stores in the World, but one's that have the kind of QUALITY, SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD like The Market on West street has, I almost didn't believe existed anymore.
This is the type of place that should be presented as a State and National TREASURE! Tourism is going to explode in this region thanks to this store. If you take this review seriously, then go see for yourself. The owners clearly put tremendous thought, incredible effort, and Pure HOME-MADE DELIGHT into this legendary place. The Country is a better place thanks to The Market on WEST STREET.

the cutest little market in proctor! They have a little bit of everything & it makes for one convenient stop. My boyfriend and I got sandwiches, soup and coffee...everything tasted amazing at a great price. The owners are so friendly and down to earth. You won’t be disappointed!

Delicious Italian sandwich and fresh cup of coffee was an awesome respite on the snowmobile trail today! The market is right on the VAST trail and the folks are super nice.

Best sandwiches and homemade muffins, cookies and other baked goods in Rutland County. Incredible sandwiches on homemade rolls using the freshest ingredients makes for a scrumptuous feast!

What a great place to pop in. I stopped in to get buns for my hamburgers that I was cooking and they gave me fresh rolls. Delicious! Also super friendly.

Very nice owners.me and my family love their bake goods can't wait to try more.
