Our family has enjoyed this campground. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The kids have enjoyed the swimming pool, playground, and soccer area. The shower and laundry room are well maintained as well as the grounds. They also have WiFi and good phone service here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

This campground is an excellent place to come and relax. The grounds are clean. The owners are super nice folks. Bathroom and laundry facilities are probably the cleanest of any campground I've ever seen. Nice playground for kids and a nice heated saltwater pool. River frontage for boats or kayaks/canoes. It is quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The Pastures is wonderful place to camp for all ages. We found it to have something for everyone including beautiful, grassy campsites, water and electric hook-ups, sparkling restrooms with free hot showers, a playground, and a salt water pool. But the best part for us was the on premises boat launch providing access to the beautiful Connecticut River for amazing kayaking. Owners Doug and Kim are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are the best!

We stopped at this campground kind of on accident while we were trying to figure out some truck trouble, and let me tell you, we couldn't have asked for a softer landing. The host was one of the sweetest folks I've ever met, the campground was immaculately cared for, the shower/bathroom/laundry house looked brand new and sparkling. Even the firewood box (that he delivered right to our fire ring) was very thoughtful - it had a number of big logs interspersed with smaller kindling sized pieces and even a big quarter of birch with lots of great bark, perfect for starting fires. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

We stayed a month and could have stayed longer. What a wonderful place. The people are very friendly. Doug and Kim are excellent hosts, will do most everything 😀 for you! Loved the New England area.
On Saturday, outside the grounds, across the street, the Best Lobster 🦞 Rolls you'll ever have!

The pastures campground is a great family campground. We’ve been every year multiple times for the past three years. Our kids have a blast every time we’re there. Great playground for them too. Always friendly people there and the owners Kim and Doug are fantastic! Can’t wait until we go back.

Doug and Kim the owners are the best! Did you forget something? Maybe need some boards to level you out, a step, a longer cord or whatever they've got cha. There's a nice mix of seasonal campers and visitors. Lots of fun - good people- positive vibes. Recommend.

I've been camping here when I was young with my grandparents and it was lovely then. Many years later and it's still amazing!! They have cool events and it's very peaceful. The only downfall is there used to be a thrift store here and now there isn't. I would love to visit the thrift store when I would come here. Other than that, it's still a great campground. Just don't come here when my family is here because my little sisters are loud as all hell and we can't get them to quiet down (sorry) 😂

My boyfriend and I had a great experience tent camping here. The owners were accommodating of our after-hours arrival, the facilities were clean. I like that it's right on the CT river, and so was our tent site. The sites by the river have no tree cover so it's ideal for stargazing, if you can request it.

Awesome location (not far from highway but also secluded), site was right on the water, very quiet, unbeatable price. The owners live at the front of the property, are very nice, & make everyone feel like family

Great really accommodating owners. Great price and not far off the interstate. Bathrooms are clean and centrally located. Really nice grass to park on. We were able to check in after they were closed, just had to call the cell phone and he came and checked us in. Very friendly family atmosphere. Playground for the kids and pool. I would stay here every time I'm in the area
