I love coming to Serene Hair Studio and Spa. Darla has been doing my purple hair for quite awhile and always listens to exactly what I need and helps me achieve the perfect shades of cool-toned purples. We have also played with extensions and other color trends. I’m always happy with her attention to detail and feel amazing after an appointment.

It is always a wonderful experience at Serene. Every little detail of the appointment is special - from the seasonal latte or cocktail to the heated shoulder wrap, scalp massage and aromatherapy. Thank you, LaRee and Darla - you are the best!

Darla has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past several months and I have been extremely happy! She is patient with my requests and always has great recommendations. The salon environment is wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly! Highly recommend!

I can’t imagine getting my hair done anywhere else. LaRee stays current with her techniques and she helps me find the perfect style and color to fit my individual hair texture and skin tone. I trust her 100%, and I really appreciate how much she goes above and beyond to create a relaxing experience in the salon. She even educates me so I know how I can best style my hair at home. Serene is fantastic! They have such a welcoming space and services here are top notch. Laree, the owner, is a gem. I have trusted her for my hair for many years. She makes every client feel special and cared for. No detail is missed - from complimentary drinks from her cute drink station to boutique items that she curates each season.

I love this spa! I need to go more often for pampering. I just had a mani and pedi from Rachel today. Love her! She is so easy to chat with, great sense of humor and she did an awesome job. I’m looking forward to going again so she can do something fun and wild to my nails. This time it’s for an event so I went with a conservative look. Absolutely loved Serene Spa! Went in for a facial and left feeling a bit more relaxed. My skin feels wonderful! It was just what I needed!
Worth mentioning: they considered my allergies and triple checked to ensure nothing would hurt me.

Laree just took my blah winter hair and gave it a make over! It's short and bright for the summer! She knows I like low maintenance and blends the colors beautifully!! See you soon for spray tans!!

Serene Hair Studio & Spa is hands down THE BEST salon you will ever go to - anywhere.

Until coming here, I never liked getting my hair done and would leave feeling disappointed and not feeling like myself. That changed the second I met LaRee.

On our first appointment, I walked her through the struggles I was having, what I had been told at multiple salons, and showed her pictures of what I was hoping to get back too (my natural hair color). She listened closely and asked a ton of questions about my routine, what was realistic for me, and even pulled out swatches to make sure what we were on the EXACT same page.
From there, she shared her plan (with pricing!) to get me to where I wanted to go.

I literally cried tears of joy when I got in the car to go home because of how amazing she was and how much I loved my hair. That was in January of this year.

Since then - I have been in regularly (I've got a lot of grey roots and dark hair lol) and she continues to exceed my expectations. She has completely changed my relationship with my hair, made a huge impact on my confidence levels, and has helped me feel at home in my own skin.

Plus, she's made some incredible recommendations that have helped my Financ's hair and scalp tremendously and she's never even met him. That's her magic.

If you are new to the area, looking to switch things up, or not feeling heard with your hair - come to Serene. You will not regret it all.

I would give her 12/5 stars if I could.

I've seen Rene twice for full body massages. She is amazing and listens to my concerns about areas of discomfort I was having. She was able to focus on those areas and provide needed relief. If you need some TLC for tight muscles, do not hesitate your to call and get an appointment with Rene. I won't regret it!!

I have been going to Serene since Laree took ownership of the salon (I believe since 2016). I have wavy hair and usually go for some sort of layered style, but have grown my hair long, medium and short, curtain bang, blunt bangs, etc. I typically see Laree or Rachel, and am always happy with my results. All staff are very friendly and the salon is very welcoming. I have also had body waxing done there, again always happy. Salon is very welcoming and clean. I cannot say enough positive things about this salon, and would definitely recommend checking them out!!!!
