Quality Inn Midway

While traveling through up North over Labor Day weekend we stopped over at this hotel to break up our trip. Original plan was to get to the hotel about 10:30pm on (8/31/23). Well traffic and a major accident made us check in at 3:00am (9/1/23) the next day. I called ahead and told the hotel that I would be late, I was in constant communication with the hotel as one point my ETA was 6:00am Ugh thankfully that didn't happen, Anyway, every person I spoke to was extremely nice, Natalie at the front desk was awesome she gave us a 12:00 check out instead of the 11:00 and even asked if we needed a little later. I told her this would be just fine. The person who attends the breakfast area even offered to get my son some food even though it was roughly 9:15 am and the breakfast area was closed. Can't say anything bad about this hotel. It was very clean, and they had EXCELLENT customer service and attended our needs. They went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again and make this all of my future stops when traveling. 😊

Clean place with friendly staff who provide excellent service!! Right off I-78 West! An Exxon gas station with deli and a store within a quarter mile but you can walk there without leaving the hotel parking lot! Swimming pool was clean. Very good breakfast choices and someone very friendly will be mostly present during the breakfast hours. They keep it clean as guest come and go during the breakfast hours.

This is absolutely one of the cleanest hotels inside and out we have ever stayed at .The furniture in the rooms is worn out but the bed is great and the cleanliness makes up for it

Nice and friendly staff,clean and comfy rooms, breakfast from 6 to 9 and got a discount for being a truck driver!

Quiet and rooms were good. Had double queen so was a special deal but I was only one in it.

April 5, 2023. Excellent hotel, large clean room number 120, bed and pillows are comfortable. The room has a microwave, TV and refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, white towels are available shampoo, conditioner, soap. Parking is big, at the reception served quickly. I know for sure that next time I will come to this hotel. I recommend you too.

Had some late night car trouble driving cross country and needed a quick place to stay with my dogs. What a sigh of relief it was to come here and have everything go so smooth. I was able to call ahead to confirm availability for a pet friendly room and check in very quickly upon my arrival. The room was clean, comfortable and had a fridge and microwave which was great. They also have a little arcade in the lobby (with the old school games)!! I made myself a nice waffle for breakfast and there were eggs and ham to go with it. I must say all of the staff were so very friendly and extremely helpful! The hospitality meant a lot and I can tell they take pride in that.

The quality of service at this place is second to none. Most notably the remarkable job that Kristen does with the complimentary continental breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and most complimentary breakfasts are some mini boxes of cereal, a handful of yogurt cups, and maybe some microwave sausage patties. And if they say it runs from 6a-9a, u'd better be up early because once it's gone, it's gone. This place never runs out of anything because the breakfast girl, Kristen, stays right on top of everything...makes fresh eggs everyday, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, and much more. Nobody who stays here, will start their day hungry. Great job by everyone...I WILL be staying here again!!!

Nice place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included make your own waffles. Fruits and cereal and coffee or tea. The game room was a joke. They either didn't work or weren't even on there may have been six total games. Only plus was the pool but it wasn't the cleanest. It was a very quiet place of course I went in February summer may be different.

We were traveling back to SC so we wanted a hotel right off the highway and cause we needed to get up earlier and continue our journey. We needed big area for parking as we were driving a uhaul with a trailer. Parking was great lots of open areas. The hotel room was clean, nice, and the beds were very comfortable. In the morning we had complimentary breakfast which was nice they plenty of options and food was good. They also had a pool and but we didn’t go in the water but the pool room was very warm. Would recommend this hotel.

Reasonably priced, staff were all very kind and friendly. The room had all the amenities you could ask for & everything worked well. A nice cable setup for a variety of TV programs.
Pool was delightfully warm and well kept. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The grab & go breakfast was adequate. I have no doubt that their normal hot breakfast would be fantastic but unfortunately we are still in pandemic times. Overall a great stay I would definitely stay here again.

The Diner next door however was unreliable. Do not count on this place. We were on hold an excessive amount of time after we stated we wanted a to-go order. Maybe 5 minutes I am not sure what happened there.Clearly they were incapable of taking carry out orders.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and cozy rooms all for a very reasonable rate. When we went the pool was out of service but if it was included it wouldve been evwn better!

I like the person who is in charge of the kitchen very helpfull. The room are okay and the service is excellent. The breakfast are full all the time and the room are very clean. Is something to tell I we come back here again.

I keep forgetting to take pictures but the picture that you showed is pretty much it it had a lot of ground around it it was very clean they served breakfast in the morning 6:30 to 10:00 a.m. it was very nice I would definitely go back there again if I had to the price was awesome also with tax and everything we stayed two nights and each room was $207 for two nights we stayed Friday night and Saturday night the beds were comfortable for me the rooms were clean it had a table and chairs it had a microwave refrigerator and a large counter in the bathroom I liked it I would definitely go back again

The hotel staff is usually so polite and nice. But the lady working tonight was very rude and smart no matter how nice I was to her. Then she had her daughter (who couldn't be much older than 12 or 13) making our room keys. I wasn't aware that Comfort Inn employed children, nor that it was legal in the state of PA to employ children as such a young age 🤔

Had a minor issue with the air conditioner in the first room they placed me in, but the wonderful hotel clerk placed me in a new room immediately and without hesitation.

The room was immaculate, even according to my standards. The pillows were plenty and very comfortable, and the bed was medium firm so was beyond comfortable. The bed linens were soft and more than adequate, and I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel.

Everyone here is so nice. The rooms are always clean. Good breakfast too.

Best shower at a hotel I've ever had. Soft water, great pressure lots of hit water. Breakfast was great. Rooms could use some modernization but nothing tthat would keep me from staying here again

The staff is nice, the restaurant is an old diner with friendly staff and good food. The rooms are clean. The hallway smells great. The breakfast is the BEST with a ton of choices. They keep it stocked till 9am. There is a game room and a heated indoor pool. Pet friendly! Beds are great and give plenty of pillows! 4 per bed! So far so Good! P.S. the shower has pressure with a multi choice new showerhead....big plus!
