Excellent business. Sarah does a great job by making you feel welcome and comfortable. She also does awesome at explaining the equipment you are considering to purchase. It is very refreshing to find a store that truly cares and appreciates the customer. Much better then the big box stores and prices are not inflated. I will be using G&G fitness Warendale for any and all future fitness equipment needs.

Sarah helped me out before I even made the trip to the store. She explained in detail the treadmill and the extended coverage. The trip to the store was pretty a formality, but I could of bought it site unseen and been very confident of what I was purchasing. Sarah sold the treadmill to me about 2 weeks before I ever paid for it. Thank you Sarah and G&G Fitness.

We visited the store twice before making our final decision. Mark was patient and really listened to understand what we needed in a treadmill. He took the time to answer our unending questions as we nitpicked almost every treadmill they have.
More-over, the big thing that impressed me was their service. Truth be told, when our treadmill was delivered it didn't work, but these things happen. Calling the service number was somewhat helpful, but they said that we were going to have to wait for a few days for parts. Obviously, we wanted to use our brand new treadmill ASAP!
What was really fantastic is that we were able to call Mark at the store and have him step in to help us. He was able to get in touch with the right people and get our treadmill parts delivered and installed the very next day. This is why I buy local! It's the people that make it all work! A big box store or buying on-line may be cheaper, but when something goes wrong, too often the service just isn't there.
We're very happy that G&G has the right folks on staff and ready to help out. From the sale to the service, Mark was great!

My husband and I just moved to the area and needed home equipment. Sarah Dunlop at G&G was very helpful. She knows the equipment well and she was a lot of fun to work with because she answered our questions and let us try out the machines...AND demonstrated! Sarah sent us floor plans using our home gym dimensions and helped us get the perfect equipment that fit our room and budget. G & G Fitness is the only place you need to look to buy home gym equipment. Ken & Sarah at the Cranberry location take the time to listen to your needs, and then give their honest opinions to help you select the right machine for your home gym. I purchased an Octane Q47 elliptical 3 years ago & absolutely love it. This Christmas, we bought the Precor 445 treadmill, per Ken’s suggestion after much discussion, and it is definitely another winner. I truly believe you get what you pay for when it comes to exercise equipment. Both of these machines are built to last, and more importantly, fun to use. I highly recommend G & G equipment!

This place is awesome. Sarah Dunlap helped me two years ago on this and remembered me when I came in. I waited that long to by the equipment and when I came back in she was just as welcoming. Not only was she knowledgeable but extremely Cool. Thank you Sarah. And I also must state that because I had such a good experience dealing with Mike Simpson. Sarah Dunlap at G&G Fitness at the Cranberry location was so helpful with selling us the Inspire M3 home gym. Not only was she helpful and not pushy, but she did a great job educating us on the equipment as well. The delivery company did a great job as well, and are great workers for setting up the equipment.

Sarah D was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and extremely helpful. She was great about communication and staying in touch regarding design, layout, and timeline of the entire gym buildout. She is also a very upbeat positive person with great energy. If you go to G and G I would highly highly recommend seeking her help, you will be glad you did as am I!

I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor, so I was hesitant to have my husband pick and purchase an indoor cycling bike as my Christmas gift. Nonetheless, I gave him my requirements as the bike was number 1 on my wish list. Well, my bike is fantastic!! Thanks to Ken for his knowledge and expertise. He was able to guide my husband through the purchase, checking off everything I wanted in the bike!! To my husband satisfaction, the purchase was simple and the price was better than he anticipated.

Just bought some stuff from here. Mike was great very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be using this location and McKnight exclusively. Had too many bad experiences with Wilkins my local location. Good service is well worth the extra drive I’d recommend coming here in a heartbeat

We visited G&G Fitness to look at power racks. WOW! Our fitness consultant was out of this world! She worked with us to find the best fit and also offered some great exercises and techniques that my athletic son just loved. Definitiely recommend!

I've had the best experiences for 14 years with G&G Fitness. My first purchase was a Life Fitness Club model elliptical. Because of a minor glitch which couldn't be repaired, and because the manufacturer was taking too long to decide on exchanging it, they replaced it themselves.
Recently I'm awaiting delivery of another Club Model which Ken Wunderlin helped make happen. After 14 years of everyday use the original one finally died. It was the best!
I cheaped out and bought a lessor model which was nice, but not as good as the original. After a year I really missed the original one. Ken helped me get a great price on the less expensive model and replace it with another Club Model. He really went out of his way to make all of that happen. He took the already excellent service G&G to a whole new level. It's my fourth Cardio machine from them and they've been great.

What a great experience at G and G thank to Sarah D! What an awesome sales person so knowledgeable. Truly the real deal and helped us get exactly what we needed. Highly recommend and ask for Sarah there is none better!

I just purchased the Inspirte FT2 home gym from the Warrendale location. I spoke w/ Ken and Adam who were both very knowledgeable about this product and patient w/ me regarding all of my questions. I am very excited to get this state of the art piece of equipment in my home. I would have to rate my shopping experience at this location an A+++. I plan on shopping here for my future home gym needs.

Mike at the store in Cranberry was super helpful. He asked some questions then showed us some equipment he thought we would like, explained the feature differences, then let us spend an hour going back and forth between all the things we were considering. They had a lot of different kinds of equipment to try.

I could of not had a better experience with the staff and knowledge and advice provided in my selection of an elliptical. I will be sure to look here in the future, much better quality than your typical box store products. Priced a little higher, but worth the better quality.
