Best practice I have been to. Dr. Morrow is extremely professional as well as the rest of his staff. I highly recommend this practice as they make the process as smooth as possible!!!

We've been going to Dr. Morrow for almost 10 years. Absolutely no complaints about the practice whatsoever. In fact, we continue to go there even after moving to Grove City. Last time we were there, they had a new digital X-ray system that made getting X-rays the easiest and quickest I've ever had. It's great to know Dr. Morrow is adding new technology. Also, our children enjoy going to Dr. Morrow as well. The dental hygienists make it very easy on them.

My recent visit to Dr. Bartley Morrow’s office was great. The staff is friendly and attentive and the building is nice. Even though there is a lot of traffic on this road - going to Generational Dental Associates is still worthwhile. My dental technician, Marcia, was friendly and gentle but still thorough. Dr. Bart as usual is always friendly, efficient, and gave me a “clean bill of dental health” which never hurts. Pam

I have always enjoyed the visits. Very friendly and competent staff across the board. Dr. Morrow is highly skilled, efficient and always does excellent work. So happy to find such a great dentist that cares. The whole staff is wonderful. My bf started going here after I told him how comfortable they make you feel. They explain everything as they do it, which is great if you have anxiety about seeing a dentist. I highly recommend Generational Dental Associates to anyone!

Most excellent, as a number of dentists in the area fumbled my crown issues. Dr. Morrow did not and is a skilled technician when it comes to dentistry. I highly approve and support.

By far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I have been traumatized by dentists in the past. I haven't been to a dentist in 3 1/2 years because I was so scared to go back. I went in today and sat down with Mindi who walked me through the whole process. She was wonderful, patient and gentle. I will always recommend them to family and friends.

Dr morrow tells you straight as it is! Does what he can to help you during your visit and gets you back in quickly to fix you if he can't do it then.

I went to this practice 1.5 ago to get crown for my dental implant, he said the tooth under it also need a new crown because there is a gap he took the impression and when I went back to get the permanent the color was way off I mentioned it and he said its new it will get darker I requested the top one to be darker to match my natural teeth still they did a horrible job I told him to redo it to match he refused his excuse was oh you will damage your implant if we take it off and get a new one! 1.5 years later the bottom tooth came off and had a decay under it went to a dentist he said this crown was not done right, did not fit properly and your tooth has to get extracted!! Front desk people also are so rude never seen any practice like that and I’ve been to many, save yourself a headache and lots of money and go somewhere else, attached picture so you can easily see the crowns he did !!

And he ruined my crown and when I mentioned what’s this big dark hole now in my crown they told me oh its the shadow of your implant you can get a new crown!! If i could give you 0 I would

Went in for a painful tooth ended up with thousands of dollars and several appointments where they quote you a price then once your mouth open add a bunch of things you never agreed to then hit you with a 900$ bill at the desk. When you say “oh it was supposed to be this amount” they make a point to humiliate you in the office lobby. Told me that it was like stealing from Walmart. No actually Walmart tells me the price which you should do prior to doing the work. Three times he had to stop mid dental work because he hadn’t given me enough numbing agent. It was extremely painful. As I’m getting verbally berated in the lobby for not bringing with me 700 bucks more than it was supposed to cost. I’m picking prices of my tooth out of my hair. Both me and my husband ended up with lockjaw after our visits because He shows no care or gentleness half the time he won’t even speak just relays everything through the hygienist. They charge a fee if you don’t show, a fee if you don’t have cash- despite it never being the price quoted and the crown wasn’t covered by insurance and ended up falling out after 8 months. The new dentist says it was never put in correctly and now I get to have a whole new one done. Go someplace, anyplace else I’m still traumatized and have genuine fear
of the dentist I never had before. Make sure the work they are doing is actually being done, and that you bring several extra hundred dollars or get called a thief and screamed at if you complain. Used to be a good dentist now all the other doctors have left and there is a reason why. The front desk staff borders on abusive.

Most unprofessional practice ever! When my husband went for a toothache, the receptionist never verified which insurance he had. She just asked if everything was the same, which he replied yes. Only AFTER all services were performed, did she actually look into his insurance. Come to find out that they stopped taking his insurance back in MARCH. I have worked in a very busy Dr's office before and you ALWAYS verify insurance coverage before services are rendered. 420.00 later plus they charge a 3% cc fee.
