It is always a pleasure when you come across someone with good customer service skills. I went into Boost to get help with getting my daughter a new phone and Karlos was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the products and what phone was perfect for my younger daughter. Keep him around because he is outstanding and knows what he is doing.

Carlos was AMAZING! He knows his stuff!!! He was so good that im going to their halls fairy location becuase i don’t want to deal with any other person who works at the establishment but Carlos😊, unfortunately the store on north grand looked very bad and disgusting, i thought they were closed…luckily he was standing outside, AMAZING EMPLOYEE!
