Had a great experience at Lowe’s in Monaca today . Sales person Taylor Beck with assistance from Brian Anthony helped us with a complete package to install a new water heater. They are a vital asset that will keep me coming to Lowe’s… thanks bunches!!

Employees are always very helpful and friendly. I was in a super rush today, and if it weren't for the incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful employees, I never would have been able to find what I needed. I ended up being in and out in under 10 minutes! Thank you, and keep up the exceptional work everyone!

This is by far one of the biggest Lowes I've ever seen. It's neat and clean. Fully accessible. The employees are wonderful. The prices are very fair and they have most everything you see online in stock.
Highly recommend you visit the store.

Megan waited on me in the paint dept. I needed paint items & had questions . She was so nice & helpful.
I needed 1 gal.mixed & while doing that she gathered mixing sticks, ect. After Megan suggested a different gal of white gloss I needed for the trim.
Appreciated her kindness .

Hello. Well I'd like to say, I used to love Home Depot, but for the past year, year in a half, I've noticed the lack of effort the employees have. I don't know much about Home improvement so I like to ask before buying most items. Well no one has any idea of what, where or how. Now I was always of the understanding, the employees were supposed to know or have even a slight idea of what I am asking. We were in Lowes tonight and the young lady who I ask a question, well several questions, didn't know, but she didn't say, "I DON'T KNOW" she said, "I AM GOING TO FIND OUT"! And then she came and found me, to give me a definite answer. I don't blame those, I don't know, employees, I do blame the stores. Telling a Costumer, " you don't know", is like saying, you don't care. You need training and paid more. Then tested, And from time to time, tested while you're working. THE COSTUMERS SERVICE, FOR THE MOST PART SUCKS. BUT A BIG THANK YOU TO THE LOWE'S YOUNG LADY FROM THERE 5 STAR'S AND KEEP DOING A GOOD JOB. PEOPLE NOTICE.

Michael in appliances was absolutely amazing, the most helpful and best customer service I have had in such a long time. We ended up purchasing all of our new kitchen appliances with him. He showed us all the pros and cons of every appliance and we learned so much from him. Definitely ask for Michael if you need help finding an appliance !

So on wed we were at the Monaca Pa Lowe’s we saw the pwegola 3seat swing was marked down we were told there wasn’t anymore and wouldn’t be getting any more so we asked about buying the display was told other stores haft to be out first? Called Robinson and Cranberry Lowes was told they were out went back to monaca told them ask for a manger they in return called higher up to ask them so we got it, next day they only had one store associate a young man name Mason when it was a clearly two person job, so we helped him , it took three hours to disassemble it and Mason kept apologizing, we told him not his fault, then Allen wrench he was using broke he found a tool box which clearly had nothing in it and who ever put this together over tightened the bolts one was stripped out, but in the end we got it apart, give Mason a raise he’s a great young man very polite

Needed a refrigerator. Lowe’s has a large variety and one in stock that I wanted. Got it the same day. Very pleased and very helpful staff.

Best staff of all time. Ken helped us out with paint for our nursery and he was incredibly knowledgeable and just awesome. Ethan (same name which was funny) helped us with conduit to run cat6 cable and timers for our Christmas lights. Dude knew everything we needed. Maggie was hilarious and made sure to ask if we needed help (even finding the bathroom). Carmen just made our day that much better by being a friendly person. Last but not least Neal was the man. We went to the Boardman Lowes 2 days before and it seemed like everyone wanted to…. Well it wasn’t a fun time. Thank you Monaca Lowes and your staff for being you.

Mike kaskalavich is amazing if you need windows and doors..he treated us with such respect, honored military discount, and went above and beyond in professionalism and knowledge of the products he sales. Marty his manager was on point too,she was super patient and polite!! We bought all new windows and doors and could not be more pleased with the outstanding customer service.

Big store, as all these places are. I had to ask to find what I was looking for. They DID have it... I got 2 pkgs of bird webbing to keep birds away from my blueberries. So far, so good! Checking out was fairly quick, even though there was only one register open. Luckily for me, they weren't overly busy when I was there.

Had an issue with delivery that was resolved within the hour. The delivery and installation folks were very friendly. The ordering process at Lowe's took a while but this was during COVID quarantines with a skeleton crew, so this was to be expected. I got a great deal on a new washer and dryer and I will absolutely be back again.

The guys at the PRO desk are awesome. Forgot the names of the two associates that assisted me. One was a Veteran. Thank you guys for the great customer service and to the Veteran, thank you for your service.
