Sales and delivery were excellent. Debbie did an excellent job with both our furniture order this year. However, the repair side of AK Nahas customer service did not meet our standards, so we deducted one star. Getting a piece to repair a damaged leg was not so good. Finally got a part that would work, but getting it took awhile. They mailed the part to us with postage due!! The manager never followed up on the postal costs we had to pay to the post office to get the part. Would have liked to have been reimbursed the unpaid postal fee, since we saved them the cost of a repair call. Overall, I would still recommend AK Nahas for selection, price and sales.

Update: AK Nahas sent a check to cover the postage costs plus a little extra. Changed my rating to 5 Stars for their service and acknowledgment of my concerns.

Great experience at AK Nahas. From sales to delivery everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for furniture. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Had a very good experience at AK Nahas. This is the man that helped me with all my appliances was Bud. I was very satisfied with his knowledge of the products, and he went beyond helping me out. I had to change my appliances from gas to propane, and he certainly Made it easy for me. Very nice group of men that brought my appliances. I will do business with them again.

Washer broke & had to "run" out & purchase a new washer. A K Nahas came recommended. We had never been. Found a large selection of brand name appliances & beautiful furniture, store is set up nicely. Every sales person greeted us, impressive customer service. See TJ for really great service! He answered our many questions, no problem. This store was so honest & stress-free. Purchased Maytag. Could not be happier! Highly recommend the main store. A K Nahas Outlet is well worth a look but they did not have exactly what we were looking for.

bought a grill first at Home Depot which was a bad experience - didn't assemble, didn't work, etc. Returned it and bought from AK Nahas - could not be any more leased with the entire experience - from start to finish. Would highly recommend them - great customer service in a time that it is truly rare

Purchased a matching dryer to my washing machine. Dan gave me a great deal and I am very happy with everything! Also enjoying my living room furniture, which I bought in the spring.

I recently ordered a manual reclining sofa and matching reclining loveseat from A.K.Nahas and was very satisfied and happy with Debbie who handled the sale ! This is my third time purchasing furniture from this store and I was completely happy with my prior purchases and service and am confident that I will be just as satisfied again when it is delivered. In addition to the in-store employees , their delivery guys have always been great as well. 😊 😊 😊

And going to AK Nahas for years all of my family and friends go there.Dan the owner is fantastic and give you a great deal. He will beat any price. Just picked up a new dishwasher, refrigerator stove and microwave put into a bundle package. It was way cheaper than Home Depot once again if you’re looking for appliances, furniture, go see Dan it is staff he will take care of you and meet any competitors price.

I can't say enough about how great this business is. I have purchased furniture and appliances over the years and never had a bad experience. Pricing is very competitive if not better then the big box stores. Owner and employees are very honest. This definitely should be your first stop when in the market for household furniture or appliances.

My sales rep Bud took much effort to find a refrigerator that would work within my specific specifications. Polite and very accommodating re delivery schedule, etc. Have always shopped Nahas and no plans to change.

Had Adam as my salesman for a washer & dryer I was needing. He was very thorough and walked me through three different models at different price points.
I learned some things about washers/dryers which I didn’t expect and came to appreciate that very much!
I decided to go with them over buying from an online retailer.

That was the fastest and least painful appliance purchase I’ve ever made along with free delivery! Jhoan is the best! I only found AK Nahas because I made the mistake of buying a fridge from Lowes that arrived damaged. When we refused it, I thought Lowes would just get me another one only to find out I had to call customer service. I didn’t want to do that so I went to the nearest Lowes to me to handle it who told me I had to go to the Lowes who delivered it. I actually ordered it online and didn’t know which one would deliver it. So I went down to the Lowes in Monaca and it took them 30-40 minutes and 4 people to get my money back on my card! It was not their fault at the store but Lowes has a terrible customer experience when you have to deal with damaged appliances which happens more often than people realize.

I previously experienced issues with my stackable washer and dryer. I decided to seek help with AK Nahas(I have purchased from them many times before) as to what options I had. With the help of Jhoan and Dan my issues were resolved. I appreciate their help, kindness, and understanding.

I am very pleased with the response I received when I contacted Adam and his repair team with a request for an emergency repair. I had just returned from vacation and had mounds of dirty laundry to wash and our washer stopped working. I contacted Adam and he assured me he would get me the help I needed in a timely manner. I was contacted by his repairman later that day and he was terrific. I have purchased many appliances at this store and will continue to shop there and recommend them to my friends.

We love dealing with A K Nahas it's a personable experience always! The quality is great, the prices are great, and the people are fantastic! They prove small business can compete and often beat the big cold box stores. See Adam, he's a way better salesman than his dad! Lol Just kidding!
