Ramada by Wyndham Beaver Falls

Thank you, thank you to the wonderful staff at this Ramada, particularly Missy, Nighttime Dan, and our waitresses last Friday night. We really challenged them with many guests and complicated requests, but they handled everything smoothly. The DJ and karaoke were also fun and we had a lively spontaneous party. Our kids loved the pool. It's a real advantage to have it in the middle of the hotel with tables around so we could all be together while the kids were entertained. Thank you again to everyone! (The hospitality company that owns it - it's only licensed by Ramada/Wyndham - should hire more staff and invest in maintenance so their staff does not have to work so hard!)

I had a lady at the front desk named Randi, i call her Ms.Randi, she was so nice and sweet, made sure we got everything we needed when staying there and even helped my dad out with a technical problem. Very nice lady and very down to earth. Definitely whatever she is getting payed isn’t enough!! I love Ms. Randi she made our stay very enjoyable.

The property is due for some love (cough...parking lot and lighting near inside pool...cough...).

But the staff was extremely friendly both times we've stayed, and there is a charm to the layout. I'd stay again.

Property is working hard to bring it back to it's days of glory and it shows. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Great pool area and bar. Room was clean and well laid out.

After totalling the car on the turnpike I tried to stay at the first hotel, the lights were on but nobody was home there. So I searched for one and called and was greater by a warm, understanding, even humorous employee.
The employee was Danny and he went above and beyond in my booking and genuinely helped put me at ease after a very traumatic experience.
The room was so spotless, no bugs if you're wondering about that. My towels were brand new and soft. Beds made, no hairs, mold, or other disgusting things that I've seen before.
The staff is all very friendly and I am so grateful that I was so warmly cared for in my time of need. Thank you all so very much!

Hotel is old and dated in a lot of the areas, but the lobby, restaurant, and room were updated and clean. We did a weekend “staycation,” coming to swim mostly as my four year old and I had some major cabin fever and wanted to pretend we were not in 1 degree weather. Staff was super helpful & friendly. The hot tub, pool, & free library were a huge hit!

The hosts and staff at this place were so gracious and welcoming. Truly the best hotel hospitality I've had in some time.

Rooms are comfy, some updated, hot tub could be warmer but due to people letting kids in it they keep temp down,

I did not stay at the hotel, I was visiting last weekend for the Steel City Fins Cabin Fever Event. While going in and out of the hotel, I meet Alyssa. She works the front desk in the evenings. Alyssa is by far one of the nicest, friendliest, and most personable person I have met. We met Friday night and seeing her again on Saturday was a delight!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Danny at the front desk , lori at the bar and the lady monitoring the breakfast bar were all awesome! These people need to have their pay raised. Pool and Food was good. Pool and jacuzzi were a plus. Will come back!

Had a great stay! Clean room, great shower, super friendly desk staff. The bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Have been staying here for years when working in the area. Staff is professional and caring. Rooms are nice and the amenities are great. The pool is a thing of beauty and is the centerpiece of the hotel.

Room was decent, with a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. But the pool and hot tub are excellent. And the breakfast is good too. Great hotel, especially for the price.

We had a great weekend.

We have been here a few times and rhe kiddos always love it bc they can go swimming and they love the room....it's like a little vacation......and the people are very nice and help with anything you need......very fun and the bar is open on Friday which is nice bc you can grab a drink and watch the kids swim.....or something to eat or both....I Def suggest going here very clean.....

Rooms are satisfactory and clean. The courtyard looks beautiful and has many functions which most hotels don't.

A little dingy and outdated but overall absolutely clean, cozy, and the staff were both friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.
