Jill from monaca store helped me to decide on which new phone to go with and she was super knowledgeable on the options! Give her a raise too!!

I visited this location to discuss plan options as I was considering switching providers.

I was met by Christine, one of the employees working there. I had about a thousand different questions and she answered every single one of them. She was kind, friendly, and beyond knowledgeable.

After speaking with her, I decided to make the switch. I am very happy with my new phone and the service. I haven't had any service issues like I did with my previous cell provider. If you are looking to make the switch, go see Christine ASAP so she can get you taken care of!!!

I've been with them for about 2 years maybe a little bit more and I've never had a problem with my service I've never had a problem with the store's employees are always so nice and helpful I recommend cricket to anyone

I can't say enough about Brandy at the Monaca, Pa store. She truly is an angel. I had my phone for many years but I was told it would become obsolete soon. I panicked I don't use this phone like normal people. I use it for a few things and don't give it to very many people. Just kinda a backup. I was terrified about making a change as I am really not technologically smart about transferring things and how to do it. When I set up the appt and went it I was astounded. Brandy was kind, considerate and very patient. I had many questions and she answered them all. I have had others condasending in tone. Look I'm old and I needed someone to guide me. Brandy went above and beyond her calling as a representative for Cricket. THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES NEEDED IN THIS WORLD TODAY. Brandy is an asset to your company and to your store in Monaca. Brandy is a keeper and I would not hestitate to recommend anyone to your store and Brandy. SHE IS THE BEST and is extremly knowledgable on the phones she sells which is rare. Sales are important but customer service is number 1 to me. Been there, done that I was a customer service representative for 23 years, I know.Please acknowledge her for who she is and what she does. Brandy made the transition to a new phone a memorable experience that could have gone south and was patient enough with me to guide me through it. CRICKET IS THE GO TO PHONE STORE TO BUY.

I did not have to wait to get assistance with my phone. Both ladies working had a lot of knowledge, knew what was contributing to the problem & got me into the solution. Good customer service. Phone covers a little pricy.

My daughter and I went into the cricket store in Monaca to get my daughter a phone and to start service. Christine was very helpful in helping us decide which phone and plan was the best option for us. She was very friendly and walked me through every step in completing the sale.
