Melissa store manager was exceptional very sweet, and made my store visit. Wonderful we need more people like her. She always greets me when I come in. What can I say? She’s overall exceptional. Outstanding customer service skills can’t wait to do more shopping there. She made it a pleasant one thank you Melissa store manager you’re the best.

This is my home away from home. We're all over six feet tall, so I do a lot of online ordering. The store has a good TALL MENS department, but I don't have much luck with TALL WOMEN clothing in the store. The people are very friendly, they keep a very clean and organized store, and the customer service is top notch.

Love Kohl's. This location has a small men's athletic clothing dept.

Always great deals. Got 2 pairs of pants, 3 shorts and 3 button shirts for $150.

I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the store, especially the women's rest room! It's always immaculate and well-maintained. The merchandise (while priced high) is always displayed neatly and well organized.

Shopping for my 10 year old daughter for her Snow Ball Father daughter Dance. She had checked online for her dress. She had picked 3 for top favorites. They was in stock at store. Plus had a large variety to choose from. Staff was very polite and was there to help with any need we had. Very happy that when we chose that store online as our store. online and in store inventory matched!!! Finally a store that when they said they had it online and in store, they actually had it in store and online!! Kudos💙.
We actually went to 4 other department stores that we made as our store online and in store. They all said they had the inventory online and in store . That was not true and very frustrating!! So a big shout out to Kohl’s in Monaca pa, when you make them your store to shop online and in store. If your anything like my daughter and I, who like to check what they got before you shop and chose to go in the store to buy. If they say they have it in stock you can trust them that they do!! Excellent Customer Service and MANAGERS!!

Came to return an Amazon purchase. As soon as I got in the door I see the sign for Amazon returns. Easily followed 3 signs to the return counter in the middle of the store. The clerk was very knowledgeable, showed me on my phone where to find the code for him to access. Glad I initiated the return from home...if I hadn't, I'm afraid it wouldn't have been nearly as easy. He basically scanned my QR code, double-checked my information, and handed me a $5 coupon to use in the store in the next week. I was afraid it was going to take quite a while, but it wasn't even 5 minutes and I was on my way out the door!! Think I will start using Amazon more than I had, since they made it so easy to return a defective product.

Great store great value

Shopped the clearance racks which had an additional 20% off, and then Kohls card added an additional $29 off. Had Kohls cash too. So total was $896, and paid $185. Gotta love it! Beware: You do *NOT* earn cash every day, only certain days.
