Very helpful, knowledgeable, AND REASONABLY PRICED (service and sales)!!! Smaller family owned appliance places like this ARE better than big box stores. And, yes, the products ARE built differently than the big box outlets. Ask them, they will prove it!

This is my second purchase from Lesher's in the past ten years. I am continuously impressed with their fast, friendly, and efficient service. They have the knowledge about their products that you just can't get at the big box stores and if you ever need a repair they are at your door in a flash. Had an issue with the convection function on my Frigidaire oven, was getting an electrical burning smell. Bob from Lesher's was able to order the replacement part and resolve the problem for less than $200. Money well spent to resolve a potential fire hazard and avoid the cost of a new unit.
