Had a wonderful time! Got to see Therapy Barn and hang with my friends. Food and service was good. Reasonable prices. Will definitely come back again and recommend it to others. Really lovely venue! Try the dessert brownie with ice cream.

Food was very good!!! Atmosphere is unique, one of a kind type of brewery, drinks were strong and tasty. I plan to go back again when I'm in this area, thanks for a good time!

We ate outside so I can't really speak at all to the interior. Good food, nice presentation. We would visit again

We stopped by just on a lark because we were in town. We were in Hamburg, and heard that there were Great burgers here. Boy did we get a good tip! Excellent burgers, really good beer, excellent service, and a good time. We do not get to this area often, but am sure that we will come here again!

Awesome little/big joint. Definitely try the Boil Advisory Pale Ale if you like something spicy.

fun little spot right on 4th (which is pretty much the main street in Hamburg). great atmosphere. the staff was very freindly and we all enjoyed our food. I myself had some of their beer which was very tasty. the little one gave 2 thumbs up on the chicken nuggets!

Food was delicious. Beer was great. Waitress super friendly. Quick service. Dog friendly outdoor seating. Checked all the boexes!

I met 3 friends here for lunch. We ordered, soft pretzel, chicken dumpling soup, grilled pollo asada tacos, fried chicken tacos, bacon ranch flat bread, triple berry cider and a sour beer. Everything was GREAT! We also took apple jack 32oz beer crowler beers to go... Didn't try it yet tho. Will definitely go back again.

Awesome experience at 1787!! The food was excellent. I had one of the smash burgers and enjoyed every bite. Great ambiance, with a warm and inviting feel. Our service was excellent and the beer was great too!! Stop by and enjoy this small town gem!!!

Wow! Loved it! Best place in Hamburg, or within many miles. (Well, Four Twelve Coffee Shop is still my favorite place, but a slightly different venue). 1787 had fantastic beer. The Pork Tots were beyond description. The interior is much bigger than you'd expect from the outside. They have a garage door that opens into the street for summer dining. I will be going back for sure.

Stumbled upon 1787 brewing company after work & best decision made. Definitely the history of this place was amazing to look architecturally . it's a must go if your looking for food , social distance tables, family owned local business and a really good place to watch a football game after work. the staff was also friendly good at conveying the menu .the food is definitely worth it, whether you are a beer drinker or not.💜💜💜💙💙💙💜💜💜

First time here. Very friendly staff, beautiful decor, great atmosphere. I got the mushroom swiss burger w/blackberry porter sauce and fries! It was DELICIOUS! Burger was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place!

Hot cheese chili as we sat outside, my grandsons cheeseburger was big we all had a bite an he still could not finish it, an WOW delicious !!! Our server was busy inside, but never made us wait for anything. !!! Go back in a heartbeat

Delicious food ! Great beer & great staff! Everyone was super friendly and service was great! It was our first time and will definitely be back ! We got the pretzel , shrimp tacos & smash burger . All were delicious! Great flavors and quality ingredients. 10/¹0

Pictured here are the blackened shrimp tacos and thai Brussel sprouts. Both plates were very good. I had the blue rock IPA which was a nice citrus hop beer. Will eat here again in the future.

Great place for dinner and drinks. Exactly what downtown Hamburg needed. Classy dining and casual atmosphere. Very friendly staff, and food and drink prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to any local or traveler.

With so many breweries emerging nowadays, it is impressive for brewery to leave you a Great impression even after you only visited once (hopefully many more to come) we decided to check this place out while visiting friends up in Pa. 1787 delivered a great tasting experience with both their brew and distillation crafts. Great food to pair and staff are very passionate and knowledgeable with what the brewery offers. Check them out if you near by. We drove more than an hour. So distance not an issue. 🍻 cheers

I found this place on a whim because of a billboard and thank god I did!! I loved it here. I showed up a few minutes after they opened and my bf and I were the only ones in the brewery for a little bit. The bartender was soo friendly and knew so much about the history of the brewing company, the beer, he gave us all his recommendations, told us the crowd favorites, and it was a great experience!!! I love that you're able to see the barrel system over the dining room - so cool. The beer selection is great - we didn't try any food but the review photos look good.

The atmosphere here is just amazing and inviting, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious with great portions! I will definitely be returning and recommending!
