I had an issue with my Kia and Kathy and Bill in the service department went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They could not have been kinder or more polite..
They were patient because I did not understand some of the technology in the new vehicle. They represent the best of Outten Kia. Also, when I went to sit down to wait in the showroom, a young lady came over and asked if I needed anything and I explained to her I was there for Service, however, she could not have been kinder just as if I was buying a new car from her. If you’re looking for a dealership that not only cares but follows up after the purchase and make sure that you understand everything and shows you and then let you do the work yourself to make the computer operate properly. This is the place to go.

Our family has bought three cars here with no regrets. Staff are informative, helpful, accommodating, and go out of their way to keep their customers happy, and cars affordable. No hassles, no problems. We are very appreciative of the stress free car buying experiences we have had here. Special shout out to Jacob!

I was really nervous to get my new KIA serviced at a dealership, due to having a awful experience with my other car. But it was a amazing experience from scheduling the appointment to the service. I believe I found my family at Outten Kia. Thank you 😊

A different dealership wanted to charge $200 to diagnose an issue I was having with my car. I contacted Outten Kia and they were able to diagnose over the phone and offer an extremely reasonable solution to my problem. Every interaction with this dealership has been amazing. The entire staff has been pleasant to work with. I will bring by car back to them the next time I need service.

We were very pleased with with our experience with Outten Kia. They went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our new car. We drove over 3 hours to get the exact car that we wanted and we were not disappointed. Chastity was amazing as well as the rest of the team. The only down side was we were told that we were would have a full tank of gas to get home and I think that may have just been an oversight but not a big deal at all. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with our car and would highly recommend them when you’re in the market for a new car.

The staff at Kia in Hamburg treat me like family. I love them and will continue to go there because of how they treat me. I live much closer to another Kia but won’t change from Hamburg because of the customer service.

Recently I took my Kia Soul to Outten Kia Service. I needed an oil change and a few things "trouble" areas looked at. They far exceeded my expectations. They took care of the oil change, the "trouble" areas along with rotation of tires, complete engine check and even washed my car!! They are professional and truly customer service oriented. They took their time explaining and answering my questions. I will definitely continue to use them!! Way to go Outten Kia!! From your Sales Department to your Service Department... you are top notch!!

Outten Kia in Hamburg always does a great job in servicing my 2020 Sorrento. My last visit there they replaced my transmission under warranty in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Outten to anyone.
