Children's North

From start to finish these people went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for my child and myself. They are such amazing people who work there. Big, special shout out to the recovery nurses. Jean, the head nurse, and Katherine (?) Sorry if i got the names wrong, but you three who took care of my daughter and i are seriously the best! So caring and helpful! If you want the best care go to this place! When we got there my daughter was super hungry which they understood and immediately brought in a nurse with a bunch of toys, coloring pages, crayons, fidgety, and more! That way to keep her occupied and not focused on her hunger or what was to come in surgery. The doctors walked me through the entire process, including anesthesia doctor. It was very comforting to know exactly what was going to be happening in the room. And what to expect. Dr. Woods, thank you for taking such care of my baby!

Dr Chi is the best! he did tubes and a lip tie release on my two year old daughter! he was so comforting and listened to all of my concerns and questions. the procedure was so quick! took about five minutes total. he really knows his stuff. i would recommend him for any child needing an ENT procedure! the anesthesiologist was amazing as well, very kind, sweet and reassuring. the medical assistants and nurses especially Julie were all wonderful as well. we were well taken care of during this visit!

We’ve had our sons here a few times over the years. The staff are so awesome here! They make it all about the kids and make us parents feel so at ease. They go the extra mile in so many ways it’s so thoughtful. Flavored slushies, scented anesthesia, games on the walls, free snacks and beverages for parents, timely, prompt and communicative. Highly recommend!

My five year old son had a hernia surgery and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. The morning was so smooth. We were in and out in know time. Doctor's and nurse's were so great. They were very nice and pleasant even at 6 am. What we thought was gonna be a long stressful day was anything but. Great experience!!

Everytime I go to this in particular children's hospital it is not over crowded like you see when you go to the Pittsburgh location. They are friendly; they get you in and out. The child I took there to get surgery done they were great with me and great with him. They explained how they were going to start the surgery and let me know as soon as he was done with surgery. We were not rushed out of the post op room when he came to. They gave him a toy and a pillow case along with a card by the doctor's after he was done with surgery.

Children's North is a great place for kids. Warm, inviting, and makes surgery for kids far less stressful. If you have children be happy you have Children's North

My one year old needed tubes in his ears and everyone was great. Appointments were quick and the whole process went very smoothly. Our doctor took extra time to explain the procedure to me over the phone. Surgery and recovery staff were awesome. Also my son who had a walking delay started walking that night after she got the fluid out of his ears and helped him with balance and to hear normally! He has been the happiest, most energetic boy ever! Thank you so much Dr Tobey and staff.

Express medical care for children. Awesome place, great service and the waiting room set up for kids. Bring you little one here for the great medical care they need.

Everyone that worked at this facility was extremely warm and friendly. The attention to medical care and need was impeccable. Made for a great experience for my son's surgery and our family's stay. Special thanks to Dr. McClincy, Dr. Cladis, Nurse Rose, Nurse Melissa, and the entire surgical team for taking the time to not only care for our son's medical need, but his comfort and care during the entire stay. I highly recommend Children's North for all of our children's medical needs.

I take my daughter to this location for many of her appointments. I like it because it’s closer than the main hospital and I absolutely love our specialist and not just one of them. We see dr Rudolph and he is fabulous! We also see dr dovey and he is amazing as well! Both very knowledgeable courteous doctors that listen to all our concerns. Every time we go their we never ever have an issue. We have done many swallow studies as well for my little Metallica lover and the speech therapist is so super nice. She definitely gets a shout out from us for having great bedside manner and giving great suggestions to help us. I have never felt any negative vibes from any of the staff in this location ❤ I’ve taken my son for his tonsils to be removed by dr kitsko and he was amazing as well! my sons surgery went without a hitch. I give this place a high five and five stars ⭐ The staff have never given me troubles and always have smiles on their faces which is always good whenever your having a rough time.
One little thing I don’t like about this place was the cafeteria only because I couldn’t get my daughter through the space in her wheelchair: this should definitely be looked at as many patients are in wheelchairs. I need my coffee when I’m Out and about with my kiddo and not being able to get to the sugar and creamer is not cool 😉 other than that awesome amazing place

We make most appointments at the Children's Hospital Main Campus based on availability of the doctors, but the north location is great also. I appreciate that it has free parking and it is just a little easier to get to. My children have been seen here many times and we have never had any issues. They have a nice clean waiting area and a mini cafeteria.

I wish ever hospital was like this!!! So caring and friendly. Came in to have my daughter tonsils removed and I'm blown away with how amazing the entire staff was! I highly recommend them. The took extra good care of my little girl and also me when I almost passed out! I dont have a single complaint.

Dr. Chi and his team were so gentle and nice to look at our son's ears. He had a horrible experience at another ENT which he is very gun shy about having his ears looked at. Thank you!

The staff here is so friendly and super helpful. It is amazing with the amount of walk-in and scheduled appts how welcoming they are to each parent and child.
