Penske Truck Leasing Corporate Headquarters

My company had to rent a truck for me the fan clutch failed belt snapped. The tow truck was 4 hours out but Penske customer service tech Dell from came out from Alexandria to help with repairs all to no success on 98° hear the best help he had was to provide me a/c from his cab. It is because of this man I’ll always use and recommend Penske and their customer roadside service.

I was working with Fleet Services Representative Larry Beard, 5 star from me he was the only one at Penske who helped me gather all the information I needed.. Thank you Larry!

I have rented several trucks from Penske. It's usually a 26 ft or three 16 ft box truck. I always request the hydraulic liftgate and it makes loading and unloading a snap.

But what I'm most happy about is everything is nice and clean and been sterilized (Is even a tag in the truck that lets you know it has been probably taken care of). With everything going on in the world, It's nice to see a company still keeping up with they're sanitizing protocols.

It should also mention that the rates are always reasonable and the people always friendly. If you need a truck I would strongly recommend Penske.

I had a serious problem on the road. Once i reached out to the 24/7 roadside assistance line, I was prompted to bring it to the Penske in the city I was traveling to on my request. My situation was a simple fix my truck was repaired and we head to our new house in Fuquay-Varina (shout out to Judd in Nashville for taking my problem seriously and his team worked hard in order to get me Truckin again!) after we dropped off the truck I was given a number to see about a credit for the inconvenience. I called and spoke with Andrew was very much about handling his business and making sure that I was listened to and understanding about the issue! He said he would call me back. After a little over 1 hour he called and apologized for the issue and offered to help me absorb some cost on there end. I was very impressed with how quickly they got me taken care of we made it safe the truck brought all of our things and I wanted other people to know my experience and to know that even with the issue I was always cared for and Andrew and Judd Mari Kathy all the people along the chain. I'm an OTR Truck driver with a leased Penske Truck through my company. Since mid January I've been trying to obtain legal documents needed for the truck. I've spoken with and or visited several customer care rep's in several states trying to get the documents. Each time I'm told "I'm emailing the person's who can locate the documents" give me your info and they'll contact you tomorrow morning in regards to this matter. I won't lie I'm not too happy with customer care reps for a lot of businesses today over the phone usually there is a language barrier which can make the call much longer than needed. So I often don't do reviews because it's very draining after calling certain Businesses within the US. Today not only am I doing a review but a 5 star review for a Penske Truck Corp Call Center Representative Ben Heist(kool name). After another call today to a local Penske looking for the much needed documents, I was frustrated so I called Penske Corporate I was directed to the Call Center where I spoke with Ben. I began to tell him what I've stated so many times how important the documents are to have and how I was cited (in Florida) for not having them he placed me on a few brief holds and 25 minutes exactly Ben Heist located what a few cust care rep's/agent's needed more time to locate. I thank you Ben Heist for listening and caring, and I thank Penske Truck Leasing Corp for having caring customer care representatives. Sincerely Monique Allison

I am relocating from WV to FL this week, so a few weeks ago I called Penske for a quote and got an awesome Rep, whose name I'm sorry I don't remember, and he gave me a GREAT price... compared to ALL other truck rental companies, this was by far the best there was!
I could not reserve the truck yet though because I did not have a Closing Date on my house, So, when I got that this week, I called back to make the reservation, which I was told would hold to the original quote. But, the woman I got this time, (all were in the Redding PA office) said she could not honor that price because their rates change daily and it had gone up substantailly.
She actually said, "It's not THAT much more." I'm thinking maybe in her world a $238 dollar increase is not "THAT" much more, but it is in mine. I was really upset, as I am spending so much money on this move, but I went ahead and booked the reservation anyway.
Well I called back today, and I got a Rep named Taylor. He was awesome!! He took the time to get a supervisor, and they actually listened to the recorded conversations between me and both reps on each of those calls. Taylor came back on the phone and said they were going to honor the original quote. I cannot tell you how relieved I felt, and how grateful I am for that.
You will always find a non-cooperative employee at any place you deal with, especially with such large companies, but with Penske, it was obvious to me that I was dealing with a company that has great employees in general who are willing to take the time to listen to you, understand your situation, and do the right thing, who place value on customer services and treat people like people.... This is what I found working with, and choosing Penske, and I am so glad I did!
I have used them in the past, and will now ALWAYS use them for any truck rental needs I have.
Taylor was friendly, polite, professional, and accomodating. And even when I was initially upset, he remained pleasant, and clearly wanted to help me. I hope Penske can hold on to him because, not only did he provide me with great customer service, he went above and beyond what he had to do.
Thank you, Taylor, so much!! I appreciate you, and what you did for me... you allievated a little bit of stress that comes from making this kind of move, and I VERY grateful for that!!!!
