Excellent service! We had our bathroom redone! Touch Class was professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend them to any one! Bill and Cody did an amazing job, the bathroom tile is beautiful! They were efficient, timely and friendly! Steve and Debbie are super to work with, we have never done a major renovation before, they were so patient and kind!

We would definitely use A Touch of Class Remodeling again for other projects! Communication with Steve and Debbie and our on-site team throughout the project was excellent. Our "ceiling to floor" kitchen remodel is beautiful and was pretty well on schedule thanks to the required prep work and planning before demolition. A few unexpected challenges along the way occurred but they were able overcome all surprises with ease. Thanks for a job well done!

Our home had 2 major projects that needed to be done, our bathroom and kitchen all with a deadline for the arrival of our baby. The crew worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was completed on time. The work is phenomenal and I cannot believe that it is the same space. A Touch of Class renovated our very outdated Master Bathroom. Steve was very responsive with a quote and timeframe for the work. The men on site were on time and busy each day, and took pride in their work. And Debbie communicated quickly to questions or comments. The worksite was cleaned each day and caused very little disruption to me while working from home. The work was top notch, and attention to detail was obvious. Highly recommend!

We used Touch of Class to remodel our first floor. New flooring throughout, paint, lighting new kitchen sink, countertops and backsplash.
The crew, shoutout to girl boss Elly, were always on time, showed up every day, and were responsive to any concerns, changes, etc.

My wife and I hired A Touch of Class Remodeling to remodel out unfinished basement. We had wants but really didn't have a vision on what we wanted it to look like. Steve came and created something truly special. It is exactly what we wanted and more. All communication via email was with Debbie (Steve's wife) who was responsive, sweet, and constantly kept me up to date one what was due and when the team was coming. Steve would arrive every morning with his crew lead by Jamie and each morning we would go over what would be done for that day along with staying around to answer any questions or concerns I had. Jamie and his crew were professional, on time, and truly experts at what they do. After each day Jamie would do a walk through with me to show what was completed and they left the work area clean and spotless. They were very understanding of my work from home schedule and when my wife and I were out of town. Originally the completion timeframe was 6-8 weeks but ended up being completed in 17 days (WOW!). We are so excited to use our basement now and are actually happy to go down there. I recommend Steve, Debbie, Jamie, and team to whoever is considering A Touch of Class Remodeling. You will not be disappointed.

The customer service was excellent! (from start to finish). The finish project was well beyond what I have envisioned. I can't tell you the compliments we have received over the project! Steve and his team completely remodeled our bathroom - not a single thing from our old bathroom was reused. Steve worked with us to assist with the selection of all the materials for the new bathroom and they installed everything: electrical, plumbing, floors, painting, vanities, fixtures. EVERYTHING! And we love our new bathroom! The crew was great, on time, worked their butts off, and they we very good house guests for the almost 3 weeks. They were courteous and respectful of our time - very important with both my wife and I working from home. We would totally use them again and we're looking for new projects for them already. Highly recommended.

Kitchen remodels are never fun or easy going, there's always issues, but I could not imagine working with anyone else on this project. Steve and Debbie were responsive, transparent, handled every step and a joy to work with. Bill and Cody were amazing on the job and the work exceeded my expectations! They were on time, cleaned up every day and great people to get to know. Bill even notified me of a gas leak in my basement and were able to fix it quickly. Overall their work is impeccable and they paid attention to every detail (helping to fix spacing issues and the cabinets were not easy to install). I would absolutely hire them for future projects and enjoyed working with them. Plus my dog loves them!

Steve and his team were fabulous!!! We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our kitchen remodel. They were on top of every single detail, of which there were many, considering we did a total gut job. Can’t say enough good things about their attention to detail, professionalism, communication, and the actual work completed. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again for future projects.

Steve and Elly and the whole crew at TOC were wonderful to work with on our bathroom renovation. This was our first remodeling project and they made it so easy. I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all the decisions that had to be made. But they guided us through everything and made some great suggestions as we went along that led to some minor changes, which they graciously implemented. We also added some electrical and insulation work to the job which they worked into the schedule and still finished in time for us to leave on our scheduled vacation.
We got several estimates before we started and their pricing was the best with the largest and most detailed scope of work. They cleaned up everyday before they left and reinstalled our toilet since it is our only bathroom.
Debbie, in the office was very responsive via email and texts and both she and the work crew kept us informed along the way of their schedule.
We love our new stepin shower, pedestal sink, recessed mirror and 2 closets!

Our project was extensive: tear out of all 4 walls, ceiling, and floor, furring out the walls to fit new insulation, adding new insulation, wiring new outlets and recessed lighting, installing a new floor, and much finish carpentry. Steve was there at least once a week to make sure that we agreed on the next steps that his crew would work on, and he addressed any questions or changes that we requested.

The end result is a stunning new Family Room, better than we envisioned! We will definitely hire A Touch of Class Remodeling again in the future.

A Touch of Class Remodeling is easy to work with and professional. The area they worked and walked were covered to eliminate unnecessary dirt. We are pleased with our master bath remodel!

I contacted AToC for a full kitchen and dining area remodel. Steve came out for the estimate. What sold me on using AToC was the fact that Steve had ideas and suggestions right off the top of his head as I stood there stumped. I liked the suggestions and it was an overall different experience than I've ever had with any other contractor. He wasn't just listening to me and going along with what I thought was okay. He was giving me insight and different ideas on how to utilize the space. Now that the project is done, I'm truly grateful that he took that extra time with me.

Debbie works in the office and she is a gem. She took care of all the scheduling for other contractors and deliveries. She also kept me on track with obtaining supplies for the remodel. She was in constant contact with me. Communication was above and beyond. I had no idea that I would have so much help in ensuring that everything was going smoothly. If I couldn't do it, Debbie was surely there.

Bill and Cody were the workers assigned to my job. Everyday they cleaned up their work area. They were very respectful of my home. They also understood that I have special needs animals and were able to work around that. They were prompt and on time each day. Their work is clean and they pay attention to detail. If I requested something of them, they had no problems accommodating me. Whenever they had a question or were unsure, they always made sure to stop and ask me, which I greatly appreciate. No assumptions were ever made. I'm not a very trusting person and they definitely gained my trust.

I did have a slight issue with some electrical work that was no fault of Bill or Cody. Upon notification to the office, Bill came out to fix the issue promptly. I have not had a problem since.

I have already contacted AToC to come out and give me an estimate for my bathroom remodels. I would definitely use them again. The work and the ethic is second to none. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

We had a full remodel of our large master bathroom and they came in on-time, on-budget and we are extremely happy with the results! The work quality is impeccable and they recommended things we'd never have thought of that ended up improving the end result significantly.

They had no problem with our ad-hoc requests and last-minute changes and were very communicative/forthcoming. They worked around our schedule and protected the carpets and walls in the work areas.

We recently hired A Touch of Class to finish out our large basement in our family home. We have been extremely happy with them from start to finish. At our first visit with Steve, we walked through the space and explained our ideas and needs. He made suggestions to make the space work for us, and helped us put together a specific layout. Steve and Debbie are both very responsive and clearly have a lot of experience doing this. Once the project got underway, Jamie and his crew were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every step as they were building out the space. Jamie frequently took time to review the day’s work and upcoming plans with us, and if uncertain about a certain detail would always seek our input.

The project finished on time, and the quality of our finished basement is exceptional. It looks absolutely beautiful and exactly as we had envisioned. It is also highly functional and our family is now using the space daily. Overall, we would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!
