Clair's Family Restaurant

Got the Don's Deluxe. Everything cooked perfectly. Burger was seasoned. Staff was super nice and the location was open on new years. Booths are large enough to sit with kids/baby carriers.

The restaurant isnt much to look at (and could use some updating) but Clair's has decent sandwiches - not life-changing, but pretty solid. AWESOME friendly staff. AWESOME fresh cut fries. AWESOME reasonable prices.

Outstanding place to eat, the help was very good and new the menu front to back.

Yummy Food with a Great Cheerful Staff of Employees. From the moment you walk in you get nothing but kindness i felt. Willingness to go the extra mile to make the customers happy and at home feeling. That's what I experienced my first and only time at this establishment. I was pretty hungry on this day too. It's usually hard to please hungry me. But an awesome job was done.

We love the pancakes and bacon. The hot chocolate was delicious! We hope you have a delicious time. Don’t forget the bubblegum!

The food was amazing! I came here with my family during my brothers soccer tournament and I don’t think there is anything I can say that is bad about this place. The fries and mash potatoes were fresh, I definitely recommend. We had Amanda as our waitress and she was so kind. I felt bad because she was definitely working her butt off. This place gave me and my family a very good experience. Thanks so much Clair’s dinner!

My family and I travel a lot and if you love authenticity and hidden gems, you’ll love Clair’s. If you’re looking for a gourmet experience, this probably isn’t the place for you. The place is super quaint - reminds me of an old 50’s diner mixed with grandma’s kitchen. The food was very homemade - the grilled cheeses and melts were awesome. Buttery and yummy. My son got chicken fingers with a side of homemade mashed potatoes. The potatoes were outstanding. My husband got Turkey with filling and it was fine. For dessert, we got homemade pumpkin pie and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing - both were amazing! The service - Amanda (Clair’s daughter) - was terrific. She was so nice. Made great suggestions and encouraged us to come back for their famous breakfast. We are from NYC and felt welcomed as out of towners. All in all - if you like authentic towny experiences - Clair’s is highly recommended.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The ingredients that they use combined with the love and effort that they invest into each meal, leads their meals on a path of perfection. Literally every single meal that I ordered here was delicious. I don’t know if it’s because of the love they put into their meals, or because they use healthy and high quality ingredients . But their food is literally delicious. I love helping small businesses grow and thrive, so I constantly search for family owned restaurants. I am not exaggerating when I say this. This is by far one of my favorite family owned restaurants in PA. The food is 10 out of 10. The customer service is 10 out of 10. They could easily get away with raising the prices of the food considering how good everything is! But I guess that’s the beauty of this restaurant, you get high quality food without spending large amounts of money . I highly recommend this restaurant to ANYONE who wants high quality food !

This little breakfast nook is the perfect place to go after a hard night of gambling only 5 minutes from the Morgantown Casino.

Good food. Reasonable prices. Friendly people. Not crowded. Good service.

Went past this place so many times. My son and I stopped here and had brunch. It's an old place. Quaint. A lot of regular customers. Food was good. Can't beat the prices. I would eat here again.

I come here for the food, the cake, and the service! Pricing is fantastic. I prefer breakfast and you can't go wrong here- my favorite is the French toast, but always always save room for cake!

If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be 100. On our way back home to Ohio, my fiancé & I were STARVING! I’m pregnant and definitely knew I did not want any fast food junk, all I wanted was some good sit down & eat food. We were 7 minutes away from Claire’s Family Restaurant at the time & I read some reviews & I said okay! This is where we’re going. I made the best decision by doing that. The food was absolutely delicious. Hit every spot in my body the right way. The service was just as good (I love me a great waitress) very attentive and a total sweetheart. MAKE SURE YOU GET THEIR PIE! I had blueberry, my fiancé had banana cream. Best pies we’ve ever had! This place made me contemplate on moving to Pennsylvania, I swear 🤣💕 best food, best service, best experience. We loved everything about it. Thank you so much to the staff! You are appreciated 💖

My family and I stopped in on our way home from the racetrack. Looks and feels like a big old house , Staff was friendly and food was very good . Simple and reasonably priced food with cool atmosphere. The door behind us started moving and the waitress told us the place has a ghost . We looked up the history and its changed hands numerous times , Once it was a morgue.

Great little homey restaurant. Had patty melt - the burger was just a bit undercooked, however it was about the best I've had - great sauted onions and wonderfully melted cheese. Perfect coconut custard pie. Price standard. I could become a regular. Definitely coming back to try breakfast.

A true throwback in time as the place looks just like a restaurant close to our city home in the 1950s. Booth tables are wooden and comfy, seating not too close as some are today. Truly a family atmosphere. Chicken croquettes were the lunch special. Yum. Friendly, homey service. Very good diet Pepsi.
