Best experience I've ever had buying a car! The people are great - Nick was fantastic - knowledgeable and very friendly, and the complex is incredible. There's interesting art, classic cars and great music all throughout and they have their own water distillery onsite and are eco-friendly.

This was the best experience I have had buying a used car.
Lucas is courteous and professional, and Shawn is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Shopping for a new car has always been a stressful experience for me, but the team at Tom Masano made the entire process completely painless. The dealership is beautiful, full of interesting sights, and is a joy just to walk around in. I drove an hour to look at a vehicle I saw in an online listing, and ended up leaving with that car the next week after some detailing work. Definitely worth both trips. The staff is friendly, courteous, special shout out to the two gentlemen I worked with - John and Shawn - you made my usual car purchase woes completely dissolve.

I highly recommend this team, even if you aren't local. Very happy with my new car!

We had a wonderful experience at Masano’s. The dealership is decorated in a super unique way which makes for a much more fun and enjoyable experience than your typical sterile dealership setting. Our salesman Nick did a great job, he made sure we had all of the information every step of the way and that we were comfortable with every part of the process before moving to the next thing. He was extremely friendly, personable, and you could tell he really cared about helping us come up with a deal that worked for us. Sean was also very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He got us a very fair approval option, and walked us through the financing process, making sure we understood all of our options, before finalizing on terms. We loved that during periods of time where you would normally just need to sit in a generic office while numbers are being prepared, or paperwork is being pulled together, that you could walk around the dealership and enjoy the eclectic, one of a kind decor. They’ve cultivated a casual and comfortable environment where you feel no pressure, which really made the entire car buying process, which is always somewhat long and arduous, much more pleasant. There really isn’t a single thing I could critique to improve the experience we had. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I totaled my Eos and wanted another convertible. My credit isn’t great so that is always a challenge but they made it happen!!

I found a car I wanted near me, and was all set to move forward, but then I found one at THIS dealership with 10k less miles for the same price, and in my favorite color. Not only that but they also managed to get my payments significantly lower WITH an awesome warranty. I live 90 minutes away and they even offered to deliver the car to me.

I worked with both Duncan and Shawn and they were both phenomenal. Tom Masano auto group should consider themselves to be blessed to have them working for them, because they TRULY went above and beyond for me. Shawn was even reaching out to the bank and helping me out on his day off. When I tell you he went to bat for me, I’m not kidding at all. I work for another dealership and I see through a lot of dealership nonsense, but one thing I will say is that they were honest, transparent, and very dedicated to their jobs. They were determined to get me into my dream car despite a number of hurdles and obstacles but they did it. They far exceeded my expectations and I will for certain recommend them to ANYONE.

One detail that isn’t pertinent to my purchase but was fun just the same is the look and the feel of the dealership. It’s so fun, it’s almost like a jungle when you walk in. I couldn’t get over how cool it was, I took a ton of pictures to show people- I’ve never seen a dealership that was anything like that!! It reminded me of the Rainforest Cafe 🤣

10 stars if I could! After visiting 4 other dealerships and not being satisfied and being taken advantage of, I came here and had the BEST experience!!!! Immediately upon walking in it was good energy and a beautiful dealership! GIO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME! We looked at multiple cars and he did not give up until we found the perfect car for us! He was the perfect salesman! Shawn in finance got me the best deal, a better deal with a super low rate which is extremely important based on this market! I was able to stay in my budget and walk out with a new car and a huge smile on my face! EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO THERE!

Lengthy review but worth reading. If I can give 10 stars I would give 10 stars due to kindness and professionalism and going out of their way to help me. Needed to have my Mercedes sprinter worked on and called every Mercedes dealer in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey to try to find an opening. Rick at this location went over and beyond to help me and fit me in for this week. I was having a DEF problem with. start lock and they ended up doing a mandatory recall replacement on a part that had to do with both and it actually fix my van without me having to pay for anything. No other location even brought this up to my attention. While I was there getting my van worked on for several hours, every single person in the building attached to the car dealer came over and talked to me and was so kind. Also pet friendly. It was honestly the best experience I could’ve asked for especially when having to deal with such a problem like mine. I will never go anywhere else now. Inside this auto park they also have a car dealer, once a month auction for dealers, they had a Ford truck/van service center and a Mercedes truck/van service center. They offered refreshments and coffee to me the entire time I was there and they was seating area with a TV for waiting guests! Restrooms too of course.

Nick, Shawn, Gio and the rest of the team at Masano were FANTASTIC! Everyone was amazing at getting my husband into the Durango he had his heart set on. I was impressed with every aspect of our encounter. The photography on the website was top notch! Nick had the car waiting inside for my husband to look over, out of the rain.

We were on a tight time constraint because we needed to get our oldest back to college. Shawn wanted to get us the best interest rate possible, not just close the deal and call it a day. We were content to just settle at that rate, but he knew he could do better for us. He said there was no hurry to get it done today. Go ahead, take the kid back to school, he'd call us with final numbers and we could just come back the next day and finalize the sale.

He did get us a better rate! We couldn't be happier! Also, the decor inside was fun and eclectic. If you have yo bring your kids, they will definitely be entertained and have stuff to do. It wasn't stale and boring in the slightest. I highly recommend!

I just recently got my first car from here and it was the best experience they could have possibly given me! Shawn is amazing! Highly recommend. They even gave us a tour around the place while we waited for the paper work.

Absolutely love, love, love them. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. Angie, the finance manager, is a SUPER STAR. She asked me to trust her and ended up getting me better financing then my own credit union. I even kept them there after closing and they didn’t rush me out. They took all the time needed to get my needs met. Lucas, my sales guy, did great at keeping me informed on the next steps and made sure my car was ready for pickup. Everyone there made my car buying experience wonderful. I would 1000% recommend them. I am extremely happy with my new Jeep!!!!

My service advisor Chris McGonigal did a fantastic job getting my vehicle serviced on time and recommended appropriate parts replacement so that I will save money in the long run. And their friendly shuttle service drivers got me back and forth from my office and kept my dry in the midst of a heavy rainstorm.

After Having visited other dealerships earlier in the day, I stopped in to test drive a vehicle I saw on the site. Thanks to John Clemente for being like an old friend. I tested the vehicle, then asked him to start the paperwork to buy, rather than the other way around. Thanks to the rest of the team who helped make it happen. This is my second vehicle from them, and perhaps there will be more in the future.

The prices at Tom Masano’s were the cheapest compared to the other dealers in the area. The service was impeccable, Gio & Maura were fantastic sales people. Shawn was easy to work with in getting the best interest rate! The auto park was amazing & impressive! We will be coming back for our next auto purchase!!

We would definitely recommend Masano Auto Park for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. We felt absolutely no pressure and our sales guy, Lucas, made the process super comfortable. I also really liked the eclectic decor and the vintage cars were fun to look at too while we waited.

Never a complaint at Masano Mercedes, they are like family and go the extra mile too please their customers from my service advisor Chris Magonigal who knows that I drive For two hours just to have my car serviced there because he treats me right and is a straight shooter! While I am there I always enjoy a short visit with the finance mgr and the preowned sales manager as well as Phil Hart the gen mgr. As I said like family!
