We had a very tricky installation and several unexpected complications because of the tile I chose. But Portland Glass was super flexible and supportive, employing creative problem solving auto get the job done. All the staff was friendly and responsive. Great group of people!

We found all the staff members we worked with to be very professional. Our home is an old summer camp we are renovating, nothing is square or standard size. They came and measured three times! Shower enclosure fits perfectly. Technicians and installers were all very nice. Good communication from the office staff kept us current on progress.

Shannon Decker makes this place amazing—and Phillip Raney is magician with glass. Shannon is so knowledgeable and kind—and educator! Great place and they know insurance so well that it made it seamless. Kassidy is also such an amazing person. The customer service at this place is top-notch and so is there incredible work.

Portland Glass made the process of having my rear truck window replaced as painless as possible. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and especially respectful of my time. They wrapped the damage to protect my vehicle until the replacement glass arrived and the replacement appointment took less than an hour. Highly recommended

Dropped off our wood stove door to have the glass replaced and I got a call within 24 hours saying it was done. I was told it would take 3-4 days. Very grateful for the great service locally!

Excellent front office communication and customer service. Very easy to set up an appointment. The tech showed up on time, and completed the job in a highly professional manner. The job site was left clean. And finally, the final cost was exactly in line with the estimate I had previously received from them. I would definitely use Portland Glass Lebanon again.

Definitely worth five stars. Had a water leak test for my windshield that was going to cost $35. After the leak test was done I made an appointment for my windshield to be replaced next week and I didn't have to pay for the leak test.

I was connected to Portland Glass by my insurance company to set up a windshield repair. They took my information and worked with my Insurance company to get a factory windshield and then after installation reset the eye sight feature in my vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my new windshield. Service was great from dropping off to pickup! I would recommend Portland Glass for all glass needs. We had used them before to replace mirrors in our home baths so we are confident they will do a great job for you whether it is for Auto or Home.

Great service, scheduling the appointment was quick and easy started with email for price and response was very quick. I had my twin 18 month old boys this morning and they waited mostly patiently getting to explore the waiting/showroom. They enjoyed the shower door displays. Everyone there was great to deal with and the best price in the area for windshield replacement

Though both Portland Glass and we had to patient due to delays re the coronavirus pandemic, the mirror itself is exactly as described and the fellas who installed it were terrific: very careful, solicitous and asked how we wanted it applied (clamps, glued) and what the differences were. Both the workmen and the office manager were pleasant and the entire transaction was exactly as promised.

The folks in this office are outstanding! I have used Portland Glass in the past and when my windshield was too far gone, I called and got a very quick appointment! The work was done in no time and at my work, no less! I cannot thank them enough!

They are friendly and fast and bill my insurance directly. Have taken all my windshield chips to them and so far they have never gotten worse.

Portland glass of West Lebanon, nh gave me a competitive quote, scheduled me in for the same week and replaced my windshield right on time at my location. My glass is warranted and I don't have to worry if my windshield gets chipped by a rock or whatever as I have free window chip repair for at least a year. I highly recommend this location for all glass repair. Thanks again Portland glass.
