An absolute gem of a place! What a fantastic find in the area! Awesome trails for running, cycling, walking the dog, and photography. A beautiful lake and some killer views in different seasons.
Make a note on closing time (linked to sunset) in the photos.
Restrooms and parking is available also.

During my return journey to Philadelphia, I serendipitously stumbled upon a breathtaking locale that beckoned me to linger a while longer. This enchanting place exuded an unparalleled sense of serenity and tranquility that proved irresistible. As I meandered through its picturesque landscapes, I found myself completely enthralled by the awe-inspiring vistas of towering mountains and a pristine lake. The timing couldn't have been more perfect, as the landscape was draped in the vibrant hues of autumn foliage, creating a spectacle of unparalleled natural beauty. It's one of those moments where words fall short, for no language can truly capture the sheer magnificence of the scenery that unfolded before my eyes.

Got a late start to my day, but definitely enjoyed my stroll through nature today. I originally had all trails open for a specific route, but then just decided to just explore and did just that. I will definitely be returning to explore more of the trails there.

This is such a great spot to fish. The lake has such a beautiful view too. There’s a few trails here to walk and explore as well. I love coming here.

This is a great family hike area. The trails are nice and wide and only have mild uphill sections. It's Pennsylvania, so there are lots of trees and little creeks. There are many trail variations that provide miles of scenery. If you're looking for an easy hiking area for the young ones or yourself this is a great area. It is a mixed use trail so you will see bikes and horses.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant so we only walked to the seven step dam and back but it was still worth it. About 1.25 there and back. We also did the tiny part by the Mother's tree plaza.

Great park for a nice hike. I come here for the mountain biking though! Know as Mount Penn, it's got some of the best single track in the area. Most trails are not for beginners. Lots of rocks and fun features. Not really easy to navigate but there is a map (contact BAMBA or see the BAMBA Parking Lot at the top of the mountain) and the trails are better marked all the time. Trailforks app is another resource.

Oh yes this park has a nice range of space and trails that split off all over I love it hear. Nice body of water the nature paths are nice, the park in general is very clean. There are people you will see walking at all times if you walk around long enough you will see a lot of animals. A very calming place for me. You can fish, there's, bike trails. It's good all around.

A great local spot for hiking and fishing. The pond has several decent spots for casting a line and bringing your own chair to relax, or one could use the provided benches. As for the trails, I ran the Gravity Trail and it was in good shape. It was decently marked until you reach the Egelman Basin which is essentially an open park. Overall, would recommend as an "evening hike" spot but not a destination park.

Very beautiful, well kept park. Fun to explore and relatively quiet. Lots of alternative trails so kind of easy to get lost but I don’t mind it. Can’t wait to explore more!
