Golden Eagle Comics & Games

I like the variety of genres and they have game sessions daily including DnD, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and so many more to enjoy

Doesn't have a lot of Pokemon singles (maybe 30-40), but had multiple big boxes of Pokemon commons from multiple different sets. Great if you're looking to complete a set and are missing a few random commons.

Nice staff, nice selection of comic books, and they offer the local subscription service. I've bought comics from this business since 1984 when they were located on 5th and Spring in the city. 1up Collectibles, formerly in West Reading, was nicer, but Golden Eagle is still here, and the other place isn't. I recommend Golden Eagle for your comic collecting needs.
They host card games (which isn't an interest of mine), so if you're interested, they have that too.

Phenomenal little comic book, and card game store. All employees are well educated on the wide variety of products they have. From Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, MTG, and Warhammer! Not to mention the plethora of random other less popular games and toys.

My husband and I used to go to,the location inside the mall but as things started dying off in the area we haven't been coming up here as frequently. We stopped here about 2 weeks ago after realizing they had moved outside of the mall. The new space is nice. Ample playing space for TCG. Lots of comics to,choose from and browse, they have a variety of different pop figures, and the prices on their magic cards are fair. The shop employee despite being the only one there was attentive to our needs and we left with more than we Origionally went in for.

The new location for Golden Eagle Comics is fantastic. The store is clean and brightly lit, and the owner is knowledgeable about both card games and comics.

I primarily come to Golden Eagle to play cards, and the store owner works hard to make sure all games are run by the rules of their associated Organized Play programs so that all players can have fun and play in events with integrity.

There's also lots of space here to play games, with an expanded room in the back for more tables if they run out of room in the front. If you're looking for a place to play some cards, you'll enjoy Golden Eagle Comics.

Great selection and the owner was knowledgeable about all the products. He was kind and courteous and it felt like a place I would love to spend all day in..playing mtg or d&d or heck just reading some comics. Go here. Its worth it.

Very good. Was looking for Marvel 1000 and he was able to order specific covers for me. The directions were slightly off as it still had the store in the mall as opposed to next to Schuylkill Valley Sports. I provided Google the correct location.

Awesome place, just needs a little more Warhammer 40k stuff and I would be a regular. Awesome citadel paint selection.

Very nice store! Mostly comics, but they have a nice little selection of dnd minis, and the core books as well! We also got a blind box! It was a nice experience.

If they didnt have it in stock, they have always been willing to order me anything that was available. Their game nights are also a lot of fun! Other places cram as many tables as they can into a closet and expect you to be able to enjoy yourself but Golden Eagle has a large game area with plenty of tables and it doesn't feel claustrophobic.

Stopped in the store the last Saturday of June for my first Transformers TCG event. Staff were very helpful in explaining to me what would happen during the event, answered questions regarding other trading card and comic events, and event signed me up with Wizard for a DCI number (which I didn't know I'd need for the event). Customers in the store were also very friendly and answered my newbie questions, who all seemed to be regulars of the store. Will definitely consider Golden Eagle in the future for TCG events and comic purchases.

My whole family goes to this comic book store. Always very friendly. They are very knowledgeable about anything we have asked them about. The also carry a good number of comics for younger children. My daughter who is four loves to pic out a comic every time she goes in.

The guys who run the place are very nice, can't wait to come out to one of the events!

Awesome store with extremely awesome staff. Big shout out to the guys for helping me with prices for some of my old comics and also for helping me out while I shopped with my wife. Definitely will be going back again

Staff is great they've always got what we are looking for. Good pricing. There are tables where you and your friends can go play card games and just have a good time.

I love it here! The staff is nice and know what they are talking about, I went there for my first Magic tournament and it was awesome! I highly recommend going here for Magic. And other things.
